This location is a disaster. Employees very unprofessional and soooooo slow. The manager and corporate really needs to do something. What a shame. Today the bread was burned and as hard as a rock…

Drove all the way there just to see it was closed at 7 pm on a Friday. Both Google and the sign outside said they close at 9 pm but there was nobody there, all lights and Open sign were off. Will not be returning to this location.
I’m giving 2 stars as I have had better service in the past but tonight was horrible.
Upon arriving, one employee was finishing a smoke out the back and the other had his Wendy’s delivered in the middle of making my sandwich. Will look to support a different location going forward.

You’re better off driving 15 minutes down Holcomb bridge to the other Jersey Mike’s. It’s 50/50 if this place will actually make your order decently and on time. Have had a bunch of issues in the past but biting into stale bread after driving home with my sub is having me finally leave a review. Going to avoid this JM from here on even though its the most convenient for me

Jersey mikes is one of our favorite sub places to eat at and we have been to this location twice now. Unfortunately I don’t think we will be back….. the gentleman that was putting our topping on the sub had rung out a customer prior to us and then came back with the same gloves and put the toppings on.. then proceeded to check us out with the same gloves he’s had on most likely his entire shift. He touched his hat and EVEN PULLED HIS PANTS UP WITH THE SAME GLOVES AND WRAPPED OUR SANDWICHES. There is also mustard all over the paper my sub was wrapped in(I did not even get mustard). We ordered a drink and all of the sodas are flat and have no syrup in them.
Always great service at this location. Tonight I was served by Asst Mgr Tyler. He was amazing. I didn't even know he was a manager at first because he was so quick to pitch in. His service was amazing. Which is very appreciated after a long day of work. Thanks Tyler!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I just got out of the store (4pm on Saturday, Sept 28). No other customer in the store. I ordered a #7 and asked for mayo. They only had mayo packets, so I kindly asked they put a couple packets of mayo on the sandwich. That’s when things went south. The person helping me said “it would be a waste of my time to do that”, I asked to speak to the manager, and the manager said “he’s right”. Then the person who was helping me started yelling “oh, you feel stupid now, don’t you”, and then when I started walking out, both yelled at me with profanity filled language. I am shocked by this type of behavior to a customer, and while these were clearly very bad employees, unfortunately it means I’ll never, ever bring go back to this location again. I would highly suggest these two people are let go, because it is scary the way they think they can speak to customers…no matter what.

All the employees working were very friendly and helpful. Every time I go they actually take pride in the food they are making and they just don’t throw your sandwich together. They are much friendlier at this location than a couple of the other locations I’ve been to. It’s commendable. Thanks guys.

I really like Jersey Mike's. Hands down, it's the best sub shop. However, they seem to need more help during peak hours. Food service could be little faster. Also, there's something about walking in the door and the employees (more than one) looks at you ... and says nothing. No "welcome in," no "hello," ... nothing. It's a simple thing, but in customer service, it's makes a difference.

This Jersey mike sucks I wanted to add ham to my sandwich #9 & The guy told me it was store policy that I couldn’t do it, this is crazy this store Force people to eat was on the menu and not let them add what they really want on a sandwich but I can do it at the all the other locations for an extra charge witch I don’t mind paying so I left not getting nothing!!

We ordered online and chose the ASAP (15 min) time slot. When I submitted, the website quoted me 45 minutes. I was kind of upset, but decided to just head in after it had been about 20 minutes. I could tell they were making my sandwich and just sat down and waited for the person ahead of us to be taken care of. Within two minutes, the gentleman at the counter called my name and apologized for the wait. I was so excited, I didn’t believe the wait was long at all! Before we left, the gentleman even offered a treat to my son. The food was fresh and made perfectly! The store was clean, as well. Such a great experience and will definitely be coming back to this location.
