I ordered on ubereats and the food came wrong, dry and cold for the 2nd time. Since I spent over $60 both times I called the restaurant to see if they could possibly deliver through the store. I was told that everyone was out and they could not, but if I came in they would replace my meal anytime. I called 2 weeks later and the owner and manager would not grant this promise and made me seem like I was just trying to get free food. This is very disappointing seeming I have been dining with Jets all over the U.S for years and this is the worst location in any city that I have ever dined with...this includes food quality and customer service. This location should be closed down due to food quality and how they fix the issues at hand. Very disappointing!

This location has a 100 health food score. The pizza is delicious as you can taste the different ingredients distinctly. Crisp golden brown crust blows away the other pizza shops. The wings are bussin to.

Please save your money and order from somewhere else worst place to order pizza from very slow on service store says they deliver but your order goes through door dash it was like 5 people in the prep station non with gloves or hair nets and touching themselves while preparing food very unpleasant and unprofessional

Had never even heard of Jet’s when I stopped in. Pizzas are square which I think is a Detroit thing? I thought it was delicious, definitely one of my favorite pizzas and I like the options to flavor the crust. Great customer service, the high schoolers working there were friendly which is a nice change of pace!

Bought a BBQ chicken pizza there last night.. Requested no onions on half. I got BBQ chicken toppings on red sauce and half had nothing but onions on it... we weren't angry, but we did think for $20 pizza that was a big enough mess-up that we should call the place and give them a chance to make it right and correct the order... We were stunned when the guy who answered seemingly got annoyed at my wife and repeatedly said"we made the order we got!" Before dismissing her. Cherry on top, my 4 year old woke up this morning at 3 am violently throwing up the pizza he ate... he's great now.. after throwing up no less than 5 times at 30 minute intervals... We had been going to this location for maybe a decade... never again, very disapointed.. I will discourage anyone i know from going there moving forward. Frankly if all the guy would have offered was an apology I would not be writing this, but that was just awful customer service.... We weren't rude, my wife even said "mistakes happen and it's not that big a deal." You would have thought WE botched HIS pizza by his reaction. To be fair, I'll say the woman at the counter was very nice and pleasant to deal with at pickup.
The lady serving me… I believe her name is Savannah; she was lovely and wonderful to deal with. She was very warm and welcoming. The food was very delicious as well. Overall great working and great work in hiring the kind staff!

Unbelievable!! I stayed 4 minutes in the call with the attendant and she sounded like she was somewhere else. She asked me if I wanted to order something, then I said yes, for pick up and she asked my address ?? Then I told her "for pick up" ? And she said ok. She asked "What kind of pizza you wanted and I had said already 8 corners, so I repeated" and the call was in silence.. it was all so awkward the next questions that I prevented something worse for my night by cancelling the order and dropping the call.. weird. Like she was sleeping.. or something
