Had one of our steaks cooked badly, called the store and spoke to the manager about the situation. He was kind enough to remake the ribeye and even upgraded it to an outlaw ribeye! Much appreciate the gesture.

7 of us came for dinner. Used call ahead seating so there was no wait. Great service, steaks were cooked as ordered, delicious sides and overall a great dinner.

I’ve gone here most of my life. Over the years the food is consistently one of the best stake houses for the price and quality. The service here can be a hit or miss. Sometimes they’ll leave you standing in the parlor waiting for a table when they don’t appear to be busy. Waiters are normally kind, but are inconsistent with the service they provide. The only reason I’m leaving this review is because this is the 2nd or 3rd time I have ordered “Pick Up”, and some of my food items are damaged. The outside of the cup from my spinach dip looks charred and partially melted. It looks like they put it in the microwave to heat it up before giving it to me… wonder how safe this is? Seeing as this isn’t the first, or even the second time, I assume this is a regular occurrence.

The grill had a lot of soot on it, as if it hadn't been grilled often. The Caesar salad was too salty. The bread before the meal had a very hard surface as it had been reheated several times. I went twice in a week, and both were below expectations. Manager's attention is required.

We went there last night and my son had a great experience. He said the food was amazing lol He wanted me to leave 10 stars but the limit is 5. He also said this is the BEST longhorn steakhouse in the world!
