It was the absolute best Peking duck that I have ever eaten. And I have eaten many. It is better than anything that I had from New York or Los Angeles. It really is phenomenal. I got the shrimp fried rice and it was absolutely delicious, too. The only surprise and disappointment came from the mustard. I got an egg roll and they brought out a packet of mustard with it. When I got that, I thought that I had screwed up. But then that duck arrived and I forgot all about the pre-packaged mustard.

I will stop and eat here every time that I am in town. Absolutely no doubt about that. This place is a hidden gem. It really is. As you can see, I do not usually do restaurant reviews. I was compelled to make an exception for thia place. It was incredible. Absolutely incredible. Thank you, Masterpiece. I will not forget that meal anytime soon.

It was so nice to sit down for a great meal where there was not a lot of yelling or loud music!
The food was outstanding...the service was tremendous and friendly!
The serving size was good.....a little pricey for the full meal but great for the lunch specials, but smaller servings.
The band many different selections on the menu..... something for everyone!
We will be visiting again !

Amazing food! Everything was flavorful and fresh. We got the boiled fish with hot oil, Chinese broccoli, cumin lamb, dumplings (takes 20min), dried fried eggplant, egg yolk tofu, spicy boneless fried Chicken and it was all so good! Definitely going again!

EVERY time we come to Atlanta to see my brother in law, whether it's for a flight or a concert we always find a night to get Masterpiece. It's our favorite part of the trip. If you like spicy food, this is the place. THIS IS THE PLACE. We always went to the Buford highway location but her brother keeps moving further into the suburbs (not helpful) and look! A new location. And it is beautiful. Lovely tree canopy and a stunning inside. Nice and clean too. We went at 6pm last Friday and it was perfect as always. My wife and I drove separately (hauling some furniture) and she was the last to arrive. We ordered before she got there because we always get the same things and the waitress was very courteous and offered to put a delay on the food so it would arrive at the right time which we declined (the food is always so hot and fresh anyway). Their food makes me feel alive in a way no other restaurant does. It's an experience. And now that experience has two locations.

Food was great! The place was almost empty on a Tuesday lunch hour. It seemed to take a long time to get our food considering there weren't many customers.

The food tasted very authentic and portions were fair. There is plenty of parking, and the restaurant wasn't busy so we didn't have to wait for seating. The food also arrived very quickly. The server was rather rude. We asked her to explain the menu a little, and she was very sassy and off-putting. The prices are also rather high. Almost $20 for a kung pao chicken, and they charge for rice. But at least everything tasted good!

One of the worst roast duck I have ever tasted. The duck is so oily, the fried bones forgot salt completely, and even the duck soup smells badly oily. My kid almost throws up with the duck. After I complained these to the restaurant they even didn’t take any actions for remedying

The atmosphere is nice but it doesn’t match up the quality of the food. Basic jelly noodle and DanDan Noodles tasted so blend and too sour. The small little rice bowl is fluffy and not packed, it only took me 6 bites to ate the whole thing, if you order more rice it’s $1 each order, ridiculous. And also the waitresses are very rude, it depends on how much you tip, and how much attitude they have toward you. DO NOT COME HERE, you will regret.

We come here now and then. Pretty authentic Chinese (Sichuan and Hunan) food. I like their flexibility to make typical spicy dishes not spicy. Environment setup is pretty decent. Service is okay.
