I get the same burrito every week, but this time I was charged double adobo when I swear I only saw one scoop. Didn't offer to correct the charge but offered a drink instead. I bite into it - low and behold one scoop. This location has dropped off

It sucks that I have to leave a bad review, especially since I usually love Moes. But I can’t not say something about this sadly. I ordered a take out meal today and the chicken in my burrito was RAW. Barely cooked at all. I had already taken a few big bites before i really realized. I called the store and she didn’t really seem too concerned but she did give me a refund. Raw chicken is a super scary thing so hopefully nothing bad happens. I’ve never had this issue with any restaurant so it just seems careless to not cook meat all the way through. Especially chicken. *2 of my coworkers also ordered around the same time and their meat was cooked through.

Online orders are never done. Had to come and wait in the line to get my order placed 20 minutes ago. It took another 15 to make my 1 bowl. 35 minutes to get one order done in my opinion is too much. We only had two people in line. None of the other online orders were not done as well. Slow day and super slow service.

Great location. The recent evening crew is a good group with great attitudes (not that this location has not had some great crews in the last five years). They food quality is always consistent and they give nice size portions without any attitude if you ask for extra. While it can get really busy at times they do a good job on keeping the tables cleaned as folks leave.

Cutting down on portion sizes and increasing prices. This place has gone downhill. Management does not care. My kids meal literally had 3 tiny pieces of chicken and when I questioned it I was told they would add more for an up charge. Rather get a better quality full chicken sandwich meal from chick fil a for less than price.

I won't be going back to this Moe's. Around noon today, I ordered online and included a 15% tip. The food wasn't ready at the pickup time, and there were a few other online orders waiting. After 15 minutes of waiting, I asked the woman about my order, and she said they would start on it. 5 minutes later, she put it in the pickup area without saying anything.

Edit: The food was also cold, so I assume it had been sitting out somewhere that wasn't the pickup area.

All around terrible experience.

We’ve been coming here since this location opened and just recently noticed how terrible the service is. Cutting down on portions, not having our online order ready until we wait in store for 20 minutes (40 min after it was supposed to be ready). This is a horrible Moes and the employees are rude and all have attitudes. I’d rather drive 30 min to another location

update: after reaching out to them per their request, they have ignored two separate emails of mine. they simply commented to save face and look like they care to resolve customer issues. they are aware but do not care.

I used to love this Moe's. Back in 2022, it was the best one I had ever visited. The service was excellent, the portions were fair, and the flavors were even above average for the chain. The drink selections were unbeatable.

For the past few years, I made it a point to visit every Monday, sometimes more often. But today might have been my last visit.

Lately, there's a trend of using cameras to hold Chipotle accountable for skimping on portions. Maybe we need to do the same with Moe's. Today, I received the smallest scoop of steak I've ever gotten at this location. On a previous visit, when the portion was similarly small, another employee told the person scooping to give me more.

This time, I politely asked for a bit more. The employee got defensive and insisted it was the correct portion. Here's the thing: maybe one day they'll standardize portion sizes with specific scoops. Until then, we risk getting shortchanged. Today, I walked out instead of accepting a subpar portion.

Trust is hard to build and easy to lose. This was my first opportunity to visit Moe's in a long time, and the bad taste this visit left will linger for a while.

This once was a great Moe's. The staff was friendly. The portions were fair. The flavors were above average, even compared to other locations. I truly didn't mind that it was now as expensive as Chipotle, which I've long thought had higher quality food. I used to go to this location every Monday. Today, I've gone for the last time. They absolutely cheated me on portions. We need to start taking cameras into Moe's for the sake of accountability. Chipotle isn't the only chain that's trying to cheat you.

I come here very often like 3 times a week and get the moes stack everytime.I must say this Morning workers are more cheerful than the evening shifts…Always welcoming and fast service. But lately I started come to the night because of my late work schedule that’s why I noticed that’s difference. Anyway all workers are cool it just I prefer the morning time better to be there.
