Moe's Southwest Grill

First time eating at Moe's so I didn't know what a normal bowl size should be. Ordered the Homewrecker bowl. It tasted good but was very small. I didn't know what it was supposed to be like though. Just thought this is one of those places people drastically overpay for. Went to another location and found out they just make the small with about 1/4th the portions. The food didn't reach the top of the bowl itself. Yet the location I went to after was full to the top of the plastic lid. Had order the exact same thing at both places. I'd just recommend going to another location when it's this drastic of a difference. Picture is the other location so you know more of what it should be like.

Terrible customer service. I Ordered food on Uber eats. Wife went to pick up the order for me. However, upon arriving she went to designated pickup Togo shelf to grab the order which is open for customers to pick up the order. As she started walking out to leave she was basically interrogated as to who she was and what she is doing taking the order. Unfortunately my wife was trying to call me but my phone was in the other room while I was working online in my office. She did explain who she’s picking up the order for but to no avail, they demanded more proof. This is ridiculous if you have such theft of people grabbing orders off the open shelf then have the orders behind the counter and request a name for pickup. Every restaurant I have been to either have you pickup order at counter or have a designated area with name on bag period. This establishment chose the latter and made no sense. To assume she was stealing is bad business. She came back home empty handed. I called and spoke to the manager who apologized but this was unacceptable. I got uber to refund my money and took my business elsewhere. Do better Moes. This could have gone way left for the assumption of theft. There are plenty of establishments that sell burritos and tacos who treat people with dignity and respect.

Great place for a build-your-own bowl — they have tons of toppings to choose from including rice, beans, tofu, veggies, and a salsa bar. Always nice to have a customizable and quick option when you’re craving something fresh and filling.

Marliee at Moe’s West Johns Creek is amazing! Her kindness, professionalism, and energy made my visit outstanding. She goes above and beyond to make every customer feel welcome—Moe’s is lucky to have her!

Whoever manages this place needs to talk to their closing staff because every single time I come around 8 not even past 830, these dudes already are closing. Which means I get no queso because they’re already putting it away and no salsa!!!! It’s not even 830 and all the salsa is put away and no queso. You gotta be kidding me. This has happened to me at least 4 times already and now I’m forced to write a review. Guess I’m going to the other Moes, because this is my poor management

Wow, what a fantastic experience! My server was super friendly and suggested the Adobe chicken, which was absolutely delicious. They had free queso day the day before I missed it, but guess what? Another employee from the back came over and offered me the queso as a courtesy. This kind of customer service really made me want to write this review. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I’d give them a solid 10 out of 10!

The manager Brandon is above and beyond amazing and so nice. Skylar and Ethan are terrible frowning but they are pretty great at turning frowns upside down as they always smiling and have the warmest hospitality. There is also the sweetest older Indian lady who primarily works day shift that is super nice.

Corporate or owner should absolutely give Brandon, Ethan, Skylar bonuses or something. They are usually so nice that I initially completely forget to get my receipt or use my rewards to get credit for my purchases, three times now ;)

Terrible service, there was a wait of more than an hour, the place was stinky and the employees super disrespectful to everyone we asked what was happening.

Stopped at this location for a Family Dinner Run.....Ethan & Seth were great and got the same wonderful service I'm accustomed to at my Home Locations I frequent......if the Owner reads this do something extra for these great Employees. 💯🤝🏾

Ethan and aj and Daniel and rox got me right tonight I didn’t even ask for a drink and I came in and the customer service was exquisitely fantastic give them all a raise and if you don’t i’ll be the reason you don’t eat most the rest of your life.truly phenomenal and incredible service I’ve ever had in my entire life

So let me start off by saying, I’m not doing this review because they asked me to or that they had a promotion for reviews. I’m doing this genuinely because of how amazing this location is. I’ve come here quite a few times. I’ve also visited other locations. This is hands down probably one of my favs! I love when they do their, “Welcome to Moe’s” greeting. Not all locations do this anymore and I really like the greeting and acknowledgment when I walk in! This location does it almost every time I come in! It actually puts a smile on my face lol. Everyone is always friendly and welcoming. The service is always really good and the employees seem to really like their job! Customer service is the staple of all restaurants and it seems this location has it down! Thank you for setting n the standard and beyond John’s Creek location!!🙏🏼

Got their junior burrito special. It was a little over $10 but not by much. It’s the best combo they’ve done in a while. You get chips queso, salsa bar, junior burrito (which isn’t much smaller), and a drink. Very filling and great for the price. They were about to close for the holiday so we ate outside.
