absolutely delicious and the whole staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.
We get very good service here even when it’s been very busy. Call it luck or good timing but we love this place.
The restaurant was closed for some renovations. We shouldn't have been able to get a reservation if it was closed temporarily. This is your fault at Open Table.
I called this place about 1 month ago saying I want to hold an event here for 80 people and they said ok we filled out out info and when we went to give our deposit yesterday it said temporarily closed we tried to call but no one picked up. How could they not call and tell us knowing our event is in one week.
Horrible customer service. Filled out their event form online and no one ever gets back to you. I called the restaurant several times on several different days and no one picks up. Finally one day I was able to get someone who wrote down all my information and said they would call me back tomorrow. No call. They lost their chance to cater to a party of 50.
This place was closed for renovations. They should taken it off OpenTable for people like us to not reserve and go there to find the place is closed.
I'd put 0 stars if I could. I made a reservation ahead of time and when I got to the restaurant, it was closed. Even though online it said they were open. How was I able to make a reservation during open hours, but they're closed? This was supposed to be for my best friend's birthday. Our party of 6 had to find another restaurant that would be open at night very last minute thanks to this. Very disappointed.
I really wanted to like this place but everything about it was bad. We made a reservation before going and once we got there we were told that any reservation that was made in the past 45 mins will not be considered because the availability in google wasn’t accurate although from a quick peak I could see plenty of room. The service was horrible, the host was so mean and almost fighting with customers. I was ready to walk out but my friend insisted we stay since it was the only option.
The food was absolutely disappointing and overpriced. The quantities are very small, not filling, and do not match the price. I ordered Tabouleh, lamb chops, and hummus. The tabouleh was ok. The lamb chops were cold, dry, and chewy as if they made it the day before and it took them more than 35 mins to get our food. My friend asked for Sumac and was given the tiniest pinch of Sumac. Other places would have a Sumac cup at the table for you to use as much as you need.
Overall a very bad experience, do not recommend. You can easily find much better Middle Eastern places at a fraction of the cost and with much better food and service.
I highly recommend this restaurant to all that come.
If you don't want to deal with the pressure of finding and paying for parking spaces, and you value class with a great ambience, good service and very good food, check out Nara. I ordered their lamb kabob with their Nara's rice (a must try!) and it was delish. I will definitely be coming back and so glad it's not too far from me.

Service was extremely slow we had to ask several times for drinks, which at one point was just left sitting on the counter and we could see it sitting there. It wasn't until we asked for a manager that they stepped up.
Great place to entertain guest/business associates & family.
We waited for at least 40 min to waiter say hello to us. Late food, non attentive server. Wait for our drink and never came. We canceled our main course and came home hungry
Food was good. Service wasn't good at all. They weren't even busy. Server left and forgot about our table. Don't expect the best service, just go for the food.
I did not have a good experience at Nara's. When I arrived to the restaurant at my time that was reserved, I was met by a long line of people waiting to be seated. It took almost 15mins for someone to get us a table. I originally ordered a patio table upstairs . Normally the upstairs patio is available. I was told at the last minute that the patio area was closed. They decided to seat us at the bottom patio area which looked a complete disarray. Leaves were blown all over the ground and table due to the high winds. It was extremely cold and it appeared nobody would even be aware that we were in that area to be served. Nobody came to serve us. I brought my frustrations to the gentleman who I will assume was the manager (An elderly man), and was met with a rude/ rushed response so he could continue to do what he was doing. The restaurant looked completely understaffed and unstructured. Me and my family have had dinner at this restaurant numerous times and have always been satisfied with the service. Last night may have been an anomaly due to New Year's Eve but I was completely dissatisfied with the service that was provided to me that night given the fact that I have been a long time customer.. me and my family left the restaurant and decided to enjoy our New Year's Eve at the restaurant directly across.
