This is our go to papa johns. They are always quick and friendly and in a very convenient location. There was a bit of a wait this evening but the owner/manger apologized deeply and even comped some food. I didn't ask or expect it. Those gestures went a long way because customer service seems to be no existent these days. Thank you for great service. I will be back again and again.

Manager slamming items and being rude to staff

I will not go again here.I smelled tobacco from employees and wasn't sure if he washed hands.And I found sauce in the to go box was blustered and all spilt in the box, when opened it home.

Delivery is always late. Whatever the approx wait time is add another 30 mins. The driver did not deserve the delivery fee or the 20% tip

The customer service here is always great! Everyone’s friendly and I’m always welcomed in with a smile. My pick up orders are always on time and hot to the touch. This is hands down the best Papa John’s I’ve ever been to! The food is always delicious and seems like it’s made with love and intention. The New York Rosa gives me a little taste of home. Thanks again!

Robert has great customer service! Every time I order and pick up from this location it seems like he’s always the only one there and working hard getting everything made and ready to go. Although his driver did take part of my order he was very quick to fix the issue and took care of my missing order right away! I did go in another day and Robert wasn’t there unfortunately and the two employees there didn’t make my order that I placed 30 min ago so that was disappointing.

We ordered 20 pizzas for a huge school event, and all the pizzas were hot and delicious, and reasonably priced. Thanks for supporting local schools, Papa Johns!

New to the area and decided to get some pizza for the family.First of all, I have to say that Camille was the kindest person I've ever encountered at a Papa John's. Or maybe any pizza place, ever.We have some really picky eaters (many with underlying health problems) in our household so it's usually an ordeal when ordering pizza, something that is only made worse with the rude and condescending employees that you usually experience at places like this.Not Camille.Camille was patient and went above and beyond to answer each and every question we had and then made suggestions based off of what we told her. This made us feel truly heard and cared for; something becoming exceedingly rare in today's world.When the food was ready it turned out amazing, exactly what we wanted and exactly how we wanted it.I think we just found the best Papa John's in Georgia.
