The customer service here is always great! Everyone’s friendly and I’m always welcomed in with a smile. My pick up orders are always on time and hot to the touch. This is hands down the best Papa John’s I’ve ever been to! The food is always delicious and seems like it’s made with love and intention. The New York Rosa gives me a little taste of home. Robert has great customer service! Every time I order and pick up from this location it seems like he’s always the only one there and working hard getting everything made and ready to go. Although his driver did take part of my order he was very quick to fix the issue and took care of my missing order right away! I did go in another day and Robert wasn’t there unfortunately and the two employees there didn’t make my order that I placed 30 min ago so that was disappointing.

New to the area and decided to get some pizza for the family.First of all, I have to say that Camille was the kindest person I've ever encountered at a Papa John's. Or maybe any pizza place, ever.We have some really picky eaters (many with underlying health problems) in our household so it's usually an ordeal when ordering pizza, something that is only made worse with the rude and condescending employees that you usually experience at places like this.Not Camille.Camille was patient and went above and beyond to answer each and every question we had and then made suggestions based off of what we told her. This made us feel truly heard and cared for; something becoming exceedingly rare in today's world.When the food was ready it turned out amazing, exactly what we wanted and exactly how we wanted it.I think we just found the best Papa John's in Georgia.

Terrible serviceChristopher Lim was driver...he delivered our pizza but will not ring the door bell intentionally because our kids are hungry and waiting on delivery. The driver simply left the food in our front door without even ring a doorbell and it was around 5pm not even at night. We only find out 40 minutes later when we wonder why does our foods take take so long to deliver. We called and check to find out it was left in front door.. Our food was cold!!! And we did left 20% tip!! When we ordered...Management need to step in!
Do not ever order the food here. The garlic bread is not cooked and there is no garlic sauce and the jalapeño knots are burnt. When I called them to complain, the store manager is very arrogant and just hung up on me without proper answer.

We ordered a pizza for our kids and babysitter via the app prior to going out on a date night . An 1 1/2 later the pizza never came the sitter drove them to get dinner. After 2 hours the pizza came ! This is not very reliable.

They should tell you that they have a severe delay in delivery time due to driver shortages. They are using doordash drivers. Waited an hour and half and said on tracker that it was 'preparing' my order for over an hour. I called because we had somewhere to be and said if it would be over an hour longer to cancel my order, and they cancelled. Had to scramble to figure out what to feed the kids that were over at my house. I understand staff shortages, but just give us a heads up on delivery delays, please!
