This place has authentic flavors. They have the best Lo Main around and plenty of other delicious dishes. We have some favorites like the minced pork rice, cashew shrimp, and the dumplings, but we have tried other dishes we hadn't experienced before. They have been so good.

Papa’s Dumplings is a fairly stripped down Korean/Chinese comfort food restaurant and one of the best I’ve had in Johns Creek. The wonton soup and pan-fried dumplings are fantastic! My wife really likes the spicy seafood noodle soup. Seafood is fresh and portions are solid.

Amazing food made fresh after you order. It's not a really made for eating a cozy dinner, but great for take out or a quick bite. Friendly staff, always busy.

Prioritizes Asian customers!

My family of four walked in and all tables were full. When taking my order the cashier asked me for here or to go. I said to go because there didn’t appear to be any tables leaving soon. She handed me my pager and I went to stand outside.

The woman in line behind me was an Asian woman in a family of 5. She came out shortly after me and told her husband “they said we have to wait for a table if we want to eat inside.” About 10 minutes later they were able to snag a table. Another 15 minutes go by and another table becomes available and my family and I tried to sit there and the cashier told me “no you ordered to go” and proceeded to give the table to a another Asian family who had just walked in. We wait at least another 10 minutes and the family that came in directly after us receives all of their food at their table and we still had not received our to go order. We ordered similar items to that family so I don’t understand how the family that ordered well after us receives their food when we still are waiting for our to go order. All in all we waited over 35 mins for our food.

The food was good but of all my years of eating at different Asian restaurants across metro Atlanta my family and I have never been treated that way. I am writing this review in hopes that they read it and are mindful of how they treat ALL their customers. At the end of the day money is money.

Disappointed by the customer service here... my SENIOR parents came here to get lunch. They had no idea they were supposed to put the trays in a specific area in the back. As they were walking out the door, one of the workers proceeds to snap at them to come back and put their trays away. My parents would never intentionally ignore any rule—they simply didn’t know. Instead of barking orders at them as though they were children, this worker could have shown a little decency and either kindly informed them or, just this once, handled it himself (rather than have them walk back as they were exiting). It's a shame because they really enjoyed the food there.

Food was incredible. Braised shrimp, combo fried rice, and fried chicken dumplings. The delightful gentleman up front was very accommodating to 2 elderly Caucasians, and said " this is a great start." Can't wait to go back. Allan and Barb.

The fish dumplings are superb — the filling is moist, tender, and flavorful and the skin is hand made, with just the right amount of chewiness. They serve an excellent taiwanese beef noodle soup that you can add spicy too. The soup is fragrant and faintly tomato-y, the noodles have just enough bite, and the meat is well-cooked and tender. Looking forward to visiting again!

Food tasted like panda express. It is basically a fast food restaurant, you go to the counter to get your food and put away your dishes to the back (a long walk) but you get the pressure to pay tips too! Not worthy it. Disappointed. Environment is OK.
