When I first stepped foot into Pearls Tea, I admit I had my reservations. The menu was intimidating, and the fruit teas were plentiful yet hard to choose from. Warm and welcoming bobaristas guided me through the process, providing detailed recommendations while gauging my preferences. I especially loved how neat the work environment was kept between boba orders, demonstrating a clear intent to ensure cleanliness and a satisfactory experience for the customer. Overall 11/10 experience!!

We got four drinks, but the grapefruit tea was too bitter, probably 'cause they let it steep too long. We asked nicely if they could switch it up, maybe try a different tea. But nope, all they offered was a discount, like we were there just for that. The attitude was real, and they flat out refused to remake it. We barely sipped it before tossing it. And get this, they started griping about us right in front of us to their coworker! Terrible service, definitely not going back, and we're spreading the word so our friends don’t come here for a bad day. For owner, please hire a better employee

Pearl's Tea the best boba I have ever had. Super balanced with sweet & savory. They have a great selection of flavors to choose from. The milk tea itself is beyond satisfying, they seem to get it perfect everytime. The ambiance inside is so cozy and brings you into a comfortable mood. Fair pricing and they also offer other warm treats to go along with the boba. Thai tea is our favorite but will definitely be back to try more flavors. Can't go wrong stopping here for dessert. I will even go as far as saying this is some of the best boba in Georgia.
Since starting to explore local coffee and boba shops to wfh / read from, Pearls Tea is one of my favorites to come to. The ambiance makes you feel so happy I once took a meeting for work, and because I was the only person who was in the shop, they lowered the music for me which was soooo kind. Everyone I have come across here has been really nice! There are multiple other boba shops close by but this one is my favorite. I always get the brown sugar boba, and it is consistently good. Honestly the best ambiance and interior I've seen in a boba shop. It's so cozy inside and feels very comfortable. Interior design was beautiful as you can see in the photos. Luckily the drinks & bakery goods also lived up to the interior! Boba texture was great, could be a bit more flavorful but fine. Tea's were well flavored and I really like their branding. Their own "character" is on the cup, so cute. The service was also great and they answered all my questions thoroughly. Highly recommend!

I don't always go to pearls tea, especially this one in John's creek since it's far when there's one right next to my house. Decided to try it today while we're waiting for pickleball to start. Service is fast, it wasn't busy. My drink the raspberry hibiscus is ok I got it with 70% sugar. Black milk tea was not super sweet. Boba has a nice texture. They have a pandan waffle that is $2.99 and I have to say I'm disappointed by the lone waffle I got... it was advertised as two. Boo. Texture is fine but no flavor

The lady who made my drink was rude because I told her my drink tasted more like water than a tea.Ordered the Lemon Peach Blossom Tea, spent almost $6 for a drink, and it was more like flavored water than tea.She gave me an attitude when asked for a refund.The customer service here was unexpected and was rude about it.
