Good ramen and karaage
Some accidents are good as I found this place accidentally driving around and to my surprise it was delicious and the recommendations were really good. I can eat two bowls of ramen if I had space. This deliciously good ramen was perfect in the cold weather.

Quite disappointing experience. My friend and I were really excited to try this place due to the phenomenal reviews. The service was unfortunately subpar. Unfriendly. No eye contact. No small talk. Like we were a big inconvenience or something.
When we asked about our order he said it was coming up shortly only for us to wait 30 more minutes and he said he accidentally gave it to another table, so we waited until 10. Taste was just ok too…won’t be returning again.
Maybe it’s the new management??

The ramen is flavorful and delicious. Egg was cooked perfect with that runny egg yolk. Loved the crisp broccoli in my ramen bowl. Chicken and pork were tender.
We got their lunch deal with appetizer. The gyoza was super crispy which I love. Karaage was good too.

We dined in and ordered the spicy garnet miso, spicy quartz creamy, pork bao bun and a poke bowl. Neither of the spicy ramen were actually spicy, I would say mild at best. Both the spicy garnet and spicy quartz had very much meat. It was the thinnest cuts of pork and chicken I have ever seen at any ramen restaurant I have been to either in the US or in Asia. I understand trying to make money, but it is disappointing to see a ramen cost so much and cost with tiny slivers of meat. The same goes to the bao bun. If it wasn’t for the mixed green salad being stuff in the bao bun it would have been empty. Very disappointing. The poke bowl had a very small amount of salmon, which if it was reflected in a lower price would be fine, but it wasn’t. The one positive I have is that the service was decent for there only being two servers on a busy Friday night.

Me and a couple of friends stopped in to get lunch earlier cause we were in the area and were pleasantly surprised at how good the food was! We all got the Spicy Garnet Bowl with a side Rice & Karaage Bowl, which came out to about $20 per person. The portions were quite generous, and both the karaage and ramen were super good. Our server, Sean, was especially attentive to our table, checking on us very often to ask if we needed any extra sides, water, or needed anything taken away. Great place, great food, and great service; I’ll definitely be back.

I used to love this place. They changed their noodles for the Garnet, and they don't mention that anywhere in their menu. The new noodles taste cheap and really defeat the purpose of ordering from this restaurant. I called and they confirmed they did change the noodles and while they offered to replace the noodles, it's late at night and they'll close before I get there.
