Romeo's New York Pizza

Phoned in 2 pizza order at 6.25. Told it would be ready at 6.45. Got there and paid for it at 6.40 but told it would take a few more minutes. At 7pm went up to counter as it was getting crowded. Our pizzas were on top of their stove cooling off. No apology. Only a statement that she will talk to the staff.

This place used to be run well. This is no longer ther case. Pizza size is smaller, price is more expensive and ordering is chaotic. Not worth giving my money to them.

This is my family favorite pizza place, and let me tell you why, we’re originally from Ny and we believe it is the closest you will get to Ny style pizza by the slice! My mom goes there all the time to get her pizza ? fix it’s what she calls it lol and the staff are always friendly and gives great customer service.

The lady taking orders is coughing , in times like today if your sick stay home , especially if your going to be dealing with food . Or atleast wear mask if you’re sick. Secondly I ordered one slice and had to wait 5 minutes before it was out to the oven . Apparently the guy was in the back unloading a truck. Not so satisfied with the customer service today .

EAT HERE. This place is worth the drive every single time. The mozzarella sticks, any of the pizzas, the wings. All *chef’s kiss*! Romeo’s is a Sunday go-to. Special shout out to Sachi. She’s such a friendly, welcoming face!

Good atmosphere. Dine in or takeout. Delivery services will have to go inside to pickup. Located in a plaza. Plenty of parking. The pizza is magnificent.

Customer service we received today was at worst. The girl who was working there saw us but didn’t greet us the store was not that busy but she gave attitude and behaved like she was super busy and pretend like running around. We “WAITED” long and had to leave because no one came to help us. My mom LOVES their pizza!! So we took her there as it’s here birthday today. But we had to walk out because of worst customer service. I hope management can teach them do better with customer service so they don’t loose their reputed customers.

Went for lunch today at 11:30am and doors were locked and lights off but Google said they were open. Lunch breaks are short so the restaurant should make sure their hours are properly updated before customers waste their time!

Large pizza slices , with the sweetest most friendly beautiful woman working up front ! She was older but ran the counter with ease and grace . Will be back just to see her smile !
