Wifey and I visited RosaMia last night for a great Italian dinner and romantic evening out. Michelino and the team at RosaMia did an outstanding job of providing an excellent dining experience paired with a nice bottle of wine and capped off the evening with awesome housemade Limoncello. We will definitely be back for more.In the photos, I had the lasagne that was a cheesy, tasty delight. Wifey had veal piccata and we split the RosaMia house salad that was also excellent. We paired it with the Banfi Centine Toscana red. Michelino stopped by to photo bomb the piccata shot!+++UPDATE+++Wifey and I stopped by for an early dinner. She had the Carbonara which was really tasty! I had the Pappardelle con Polpette which is a wide pasta but long like spaghetti. It was bolognese style with 3 large meatballs. What a great meal and leftovers will be awesome. We also had some of the Tombacco Azzurra Rossi Puglia, a robust and fairly priced red wine.

Really bad experience.I took too 56 mins to serve food at the table while ordered paninis and soup.Decoration not at all good.I don’t like restaurant ambience, serving take too long time. Its is easy to give harsh replies by owner for this reviews but truly not worth to visit.Interior is really not at all good.I think fast food not for Italian. Its really not good for taste, atmosphere and service to visit again.

Though it has such a lovely, Italian decorated, and elegant atmosphere, the food was not the best. Although I cannot comment on the authenticity of the style of cooking but certainly had the appearance of it. In fact, authentic Italian food tends to be less flavorful than American styled Italian food due to the ingredients/seasoning used. Perhaps just the pasta dishes were not as good but others mag be. Regardless, I personally wouldn't return.Pizza 3/10- probably some of the worst pizza I have tried. It was super thick with dough and barely any sauce on top. Not only that, the sauce was just not vibrant with any special flavors that would separate this from any pizza competition.I'm not too sure what styled pizza this is but it's definitely not worth trying.Lasagna ⅖ - although very homemade, and I'm sure the Italian way, the flavors were just not outstanding. It was heavily under seasoned on all layers. There was no flavor from the meat, cheese,or tomato sauce. My family and I cook better lasagna and you can find better ones at other Italian restaurants. It's all about making sure all ingredients are well seasoned but this lasagna missed flavor in all ingredients.Carbonara pasta 8/10- it was my first time trying carbonara there and it was super scrumptious. Though it could have used a hint more of salt and cheese, I really enjoyed it. It was super creamy, the panceta was well cooked with little fat present, and a good portion for the price. Since authentic Italian cuisine isn't heavy on the seasoning, it tasted authentic. It may not be the best carbonara around but I would definitely recommend it if you dine here as it's the best thing on the menu.I like the fact that they served the dish with a piece of bread but it did not complement the dish enough since the dish was not creamy enough for all the dryness the bread had. Overall, I really liked it.Orecchiette al pomodoro ⅖ - a hefty portion but was remarkably bland. Burrata cheese is already bland as is, so it did not help that the pasta was bland too.It had some herb and strong tomato taste but no salt. There was no meat to help supplement the flavor. With that being said, there should have been a stronger emphasis on the herbs, seasoning, and salt, but it did not.

The food is absolutely wonderful... and the service was exceptional. Every time we go to Rosa Mia's, we are treated like family and are never disappointed by the food. I love the Polpo Marinato, Sausage Pizza, Bruscetta, Frittura Mista, and all the pastas.

The service is extremely poor. I waited for an hour after I placed my food order when I was notified that half of the entrees ordered were not available. I tried to wait for an entree to go and there was no timeliness on that either. There are a lot of good Italian restaurants around and I’d pass on this due to poor service.ps: the order did refund me the cost of two coffees the table ordered but I would have preferred timeliness over a $8 coffee credit.Response to owner: you are correct when you said the order was taken at 7:43 but I was sitting at the table for over 25 minutes before my order was taken . I did offer to pay for the two coffees and refused the gift card because I am not trying to get a free meal.

Thoughtful service! My husband and went out to get a few of them to go. Very consistent and doesn't have arrogant staff. Every dish we had tasted wonderful. So wonderful that the next day I contemplated ordering pasta. I would recommend coming here for girls' night, birthdays, or date night.

We hadn't been in quite awhile and boy have we been missing out. The food was amazing! And if you get lucky enough to have the ray of sunshine waitress Kimberly you will walk away wanting to come back soon! She is terrific! We plan to return and only if we can get her again! A++

Our favorite little “Italian place”! We’ve been dining there for about 4 years and we love it. The service is always amazing and food equally so. Not only is Mike, the owner great and personable but his staff is wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The food is very authentic. I love how they have weekly specials, add new things to their menu and will try different combinations. I would recommend them for sure! Make your reservation now!!
