Overall Rating in Descriptive Terms is above average price for an overall average result. It’s probably a 3.8 if you just go on the food itself, but gets a round up due to the good notes listed below.

The Good:
- Coffee (latte): Very Good. Excellent Foam, Quality, Flavor.
- Bourbon Chai: Excellent, Well Balanced/Execute Cocktail.

Presentation - not essential, as great food can be served on a paper plate; but it was well presented.

What Hurt the Result:
The final execution was not great.
- The French Toast (although I loved that it was egg forward in a good custard) was cold, and the syrup was average. The French Toast was probably the best food item.
- The rest, although presented well was not well seasoned; some of it possibly not seasoned at all.

It appears as though more thought was put into the idea or concept of the dishes (as they do sound good, and in theory should be) than hiring someone who could actually execute the recipe.

I would assess that quality ingredients are served.
The dishes are great choices in concept.
The final product is presented far better than the taste. I’d prefer sloppy presentation with excellent taste.

It doesn't seem like a particularly special or novel dish. The taste is incomparable, and it may vary from person to person, but I think the price is worth considering.

The food was delicious and the staff had the absolute best personalities. The one draw back was that int can get pretty loud during busier times, so plan accordingly.

As visitors to the area, we're always looking for great coffee/brunch spots. Rushing Trading Co. Was amazing and we will definitely return next time we are in the area. Christian, our waiter, was awesome and the food was incredible. The avocado toast was unique and their selection of biscuits was really good. Also, great coffee! (And we're coffee snobs) Highly recommend!
