Normally I go to tropical smoothie but I came into smoothie king on Sunday and I can confirm it will be my new smoothie go to! The girl there seemed to be working alone and said her name was Rhea. She took the time to remake my smoothie because it was my first time and the one that I got was too sweet for my liking! Not only that but she had written personalized messages on the cups. She made my day!

Very clean and new looking location. I didn’t receive the warmest customer service and I could barely hear the young lady who was checking me out. She then made me the worst smoothie I have ever had at smoothie king. I always get the exact same thing and this time it tasted like ice with a tiny bit of strawberries. It was so bad I wanted to ask her coworker to make me another one but I just took it and left. She put it on the counter in front of me with no eye contact, said nothing and just walked away. Not coming to this location ever again. 2 stars are for my husband’s order which was good and delivered with eye contact and a confirmation of the order as she set it down.

I’m came when it first opened to support. Smoothie was GREAT!! Came back again and it wasn’t as good. Came back again, still not as good. Mind you, every time I’ve been, it’s a different employee. Gave them a break for a while and went out my way to go to another smoothie king. Came in today, and guess what, still not great. Smoothie taste watered down and the cup is dirty with smoothie. As nice as the environment & service is, I need my smoothie to match.

I stopped by this location yesterday around 3 pm. I was at the register about 7 minutes or little more. No one asked me for my order or even spoke. I asked who the manager was. The manager was there all along at the register and never asked for my order. I left the store and won't be back. Smoothie King, please hire people who want to work and have customer service skills, including manager and staff.

I really like this place! I usually stop in this establishment after a workout and I have nothing to say but positive things about this location. It is amazing how much pride the people have that work here. Every employee that I have encountered here are always extremely nice, very courteous and always look very professional in their uniforms. I always feel comfortable buying drinks from this store because it is always so fresh smelling and clean. The employees here do an amazing job keeping this place spotless 24/7. This place is very rare these days in which you can get a good product, from a clean esrablisment,with friendly customer service.
