Rude staff! Had to wait over 20 mins. Because their register was down. My hot sandwiches got cold, when I asked they would reheat I was told they could not because of the condiments. I asked if I could get the marinara sandwich could be remade I was told I had to wait another 20 minutes because they did not have meatballs. After all that inconvenience the older lady had the nerve to speak disrespectfully to my husband and start talking about him to the young men behind the register. I saw many costumers go in and out of the store as we patiently waited for them to figure out how to turn their register back on. This lady is very rude and a bad influence to the young people working there

By far the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time! The entire staff is so friendly and treats you like family. You’re always greeted with a smile and they ask you about your day and really care. After stopping in two times, they had my order memorized which was unexpected but really shows that they care about their customers. The store is super clean and always stocked. 10/10 all around!

I have been sick and unable to eat all week. I finally felt like I could maybe eat some Subway and headed over; they said that they had no steak and unfortunately that was the only thing that I felt like I could stomach. Therefore, I only got food for my fiancé and decided to only get a drink for myself here. THEN, the other only thing I wanted, unsweet tea…they also didn’t have! Extremely disappointed in this location. Will NEVER be coming back!!

The 1 employee working was definitely knowledgeable and friendly fast at his job and knew exactly how I wanted my sub made. More pricey in comparison to the Publix deli about a block away though. I would choose publix deli over subway in the future.

I have never seen two owners bring so much joy and love into a simple sandwich shop. Their bread is always fresh and they greet you like a long lost friend when you walk in the door. We hadn't been in over a year due to the pandemic and they still remembered us and our usual order. I have now been ruined for every other subway.
