I had a great experience at this particular Subway and wanted to share it. The gentleman behind the counter was uplifting & did a wonderful job making my sub. The location was spotless and was fully stocked. The sandwiches were fresh & very delicious. We enjoyed the lunch and will be back. The ingredients, service, and quality of this Subway is some of the best I've had. highly recommend coming to this location.

Slimpy on the toppings put 4 jalapeños on my sandwich and on top of that they don't take coupons. Worst subway ever and she had terrible attitude.

don’t go to this subway. they give the least amount of meat compared to any subway i have ever been to. save yourself money and go to any other subway or get a publix sub. the workers are also very unhygienic.

some of the employees aren’t hygienic with food practices. Have seen a certain pair walk in from outside wearing the same gloves they then tried to start making my sandwich with. today one of them was burping open mouth pretty much on the gloves and over the food. i hope for improvement. I do appreciate one guy who, i doing remember the name of, but he very chipper and is always sure he’s being as food safe and welcoming as possible

Visited this Subway in John's Creek Georgia. No customer was in the store, didn't even see the worker for about 3 minutes of walking inside, then an Indian guy (worker) and perhaps the Owner, took my order for a Footlong TurkeySub, he then begin to make the Sandwich, after he finished he proceeded to ring up the Sale, and to my disgusting Surprise he SNEEZED directly over my Sandwich, I looked at him and I thought I should Leave but he rings the sale and wanted for me to Pay, I say to him did you just Sneeze on my Food? He said "No I did Not Sneeze on your Sandwich." OMG I did not want to make a Scene, so I just PAID for the Sandwich and left. I however Dump the Sandwich outside and go to my Car for Hand Sanitizer to Clean my Hands. I Lost my Money at this Subway when a Nasty Worker would not accept the responsibility for handling and Serving a Cusomer Contaminated food at Subway in John's Creek Georgia. I would never patronize this Establshment ever again. ( Nasty Indian)

Please don't ever come to this location unless you want to get humiliated and mocked. I just got the worst customer service in my entire life . The couple who worked there have no mask on , no sanitary cautions at all. So today , I ordered a sandwich and there was a man's hair on top of my bread . I feel Disgusted , went back to tell the owner , they told me : I don't see any hair here , what's made is done it cannot be return. Ewwww. I have never been treated like this my entire life . They way they looked at me it's like what I asked its unbelievable. I feel humiliated they way they treat customer .

Extremely disappointed in the very low quality of the sandwich. We order 1 Veggie and 1 Ham foot long sandwiches. The veggie had about 2 tomatoes, 2/3 cucumbers slices , very small amount lettuce and spinach, few slices of red onions and no green bell peppers which should in the sandwich according to the description of the veggie sandwich.I called and spoke the the manager Jay, he's response was the sandwiches made according to our request. My reply was , no it was not because I didn't ask for low quantity of veggies, did not tell you to leave out the bells and certainly did not ask for the pickled Banana Peppers. Basically he did not want to be accountable.I understand with Inflation it's difficult but the cost of sandwiches has also gone up.My official star rating is a "0"!
