I work overtnight so I thought I’ll stop by tropical smoothie before they close and order a cheese quesadilla and this is the result. I was highly disappointed because not many places open after 9pm smh.

Great employees! Gracie was very friendly and provided great customer service! She was patient while I was listing out my daughters food allergies even though the store itself was extremely busy. I actually grabbed the wrong order on accident and came back later and she was very understanding and helpful. Clean restaurant and tasty food/smoothies ❤️

Nice people, well made smoothies, and kid friendly, clean bathrooms.
Smoothies to try: Paradise point, acai berry boost, Bahama mama, mocha madness, beach bum, mango magic, sunshine smoothie.
Flatbreads to try: chipotle chicken club, chicken bacon ranch (I like it how they make it and sometimes if I have BBQ sauce I like it with it as well), chicken pesto (just a little less than normally put on).
Sign up on the app to get a free smoothie after first purchase. They have a birthday club where you can get a free smoothie on your birthday. Receipts always have a 1.99 smoothie deal when you get a wrap or flatbread.

Kid-friendliness: Gave my daughter a candy straw on one visit. (She kept asking for one 😅) Gave her a sticker for the next visit.

I absolutely love tropical smoothie with only one exception...a little detail like your straws. They are very hard to open and create plastic waste. How about paper straw covers?

I wish I could give them 5 stars. The customer service was GREAT. Allen was really nice and had the biggest smile on his face. However, the smoothie was terrible. I’m sure it was made great, but the flavor was just not there. It literally tasted like nothing. Smoothie King is 100% better flavor wise in my opinion. I won’t be back lol but at least the customer service is top notch!
