I had a few flies inside of their store with food containers open and I said you should close your food containers. They said oh well lots of flies fly in here that was their response to start closing the food containers and I said well you know when flies land things come out of them into the food she’s like yeah we know that’s why we don’t eat hereso I just said that isn’t your general manager except fly trap or put something by the door or it can blow the flies away because they do have those things and she didn’t respond so yeah, I’m pretty grossed out for this

This is the best smoothie place ever!!! I love how the limited watermelon smoothie tastes like! This is probably the best smoothie place ever. I just can't say no to this infinite out of infinite!

Ambience- serene. It was early so no traffic the price is right too They have a great breakfast and lunch menu. I was particularly taken with the fruit smoothies while my son enjoyed the turkey and bacon ranch sandwich.
The interior is clean and inviting.

Had a horrible experience here at this tropical smoothie. Manny was very rude. He made my order and threw my drink down on the counter when I tried to grab it. I don’t know what they have going on here but I did not appreciate that. You guys have definitely lost a daily customer.

Ordered on the app and it was super convenient that the to-go orders were in front of store. You can grab and go.
It has a drive through, which is rare most locations so not have it.

I work overtnight so I thought I’ll stop by tropical smoothie before they close and order a cheese quesadilla and this is the result. I was highly disappointed because not many places open after 9pm smh.

Great employees! Gracie was very friendly and provided great customer service! She was patient while I was listing out my daughters food allergies even though the store itself was extremely busy. I actually grabbed the wrong order on accident and came back later and she was very understanding and helpful. Clean restaurant and tasty food/smoothies ❤️
