I live out in Milton, so there are technically two other shops closer, but this one is well worth the drive for the difference in quality (both service and food). They aren't overly friendly, but they do a good job, and that's ultimately what matters to me the most.
I don’t understand why if I’m paying with a debit card why would this location ask for me for a tip when ordering a smoothie through the drive-thru. The female employee made it an issue that I had to select what the amount would have tip before I could pay for the price of my smoothie. I visited this location this morning, no one should have to pay a tip for one item through a drive thru.

I don't know I waited so long to try this place! Took our kids after church on a Sunday and ate inside. We got the Detox Green Smoothie, Kiwi Quencher, Thai Chicken Wrap, kids cheese quesadilla, and kids chocolate/banana smoothie. The Thai chicken wrap was warm, which was a nice surprise on a cold day! It was a little spicy and had the perfect crunch. Delicious! Kids loved their food too. And I felt a smidge healthier after a few sips of the detox smoothie. Staff was nice, service was quick, and restaurant was clean!

I recently ordered a chicken pesto flatbread and smoothie from Tropical Smoothie Cafe and ended up pretty frustrated. My order took way longer than expected, and when I checked on it, I got overlooked for quite a while - not even “we will be right with you”. The staff didn't even seem to care that much, helping another customer before me, even though I'd just asked about my order. When they did find my order, it was misplaced under someone else's name, and there was no way I could've known it was mine. No apologies were offered for the mix-up or wait, and the vibe I got while receiving my order was anything but friendly. Safe to say, I'm not coming back.

Smoothies are good. Food is average. "Service" staff is absolutely clueless. You'll stand there for 10 minutes before anyone even looks in your direction. Do yourself a favor and go to Capital Tacos next door. Friendly and attentive staff - the polar opposite of Tropical Smoothie Cafe.

This place is good when it’s not too busy. I ordered an island green today and something tasted off. It’s usually sweet but this time it had a weird ginger aftertaste and there’s not suppose to be any in it. I puked after finishing it all!

Excellent experience. Just from observing, who ever the weekend manager or shift supervisor is, they are great. She communicated and was kind to staff. Honestly, probably one of the best managers I've seen in a "fast food" type of restaurant.
