Rude server/manager. The server telling us to keep the table and area clean because he/she just clean, he didn’t like that I said he should not be saying that to a us.Very unpleasant, and serve my food cold and was yelling and out of control, very unpleasant rude and nasty.

On Sunday after church, I stopped by the Waffle House on Jones Bridge and was served by Diamond, who was a very sweet and pleasant server. I ordered a Fiesta Omelet, which should include ham, tomato, mushroom, jalapeño, onion, and cheese. I asked for my ham to be substituted with bacon instead.
Unfortunately, my omelet still had ham in it, no bacon ,though Diamond did bring me a side of bacon to make up for it. My hash browns also looked burnt, and when I mentioned it, she said it was just the top layer. ( she did offer remake, but told me it was just the top part well done, Once I got home and tried to eat, I discovered that the burnt flavor went all the way through — scraping off the top only left about two spoonfuls that were edible.
To make matters worse, my omelet was missing mushrooms, had only 2 jalapeño, and somehow had a pickle in it. I couldn’t eat it, and it’s still sitting untouched in my refrigerator.
While the staff was friendly and the service itself was fine, the food quality was disappointing. I was left hungry and without my usual Waffle House satisfaction. I did plan to call about the issue, but got busy, , but I hope management reviews food preparation more carefully so guests get the quality Waffle House is known for.

The audacity of charge more of what actually says in the menu. Ask I asked the waitress about what the ticket was different from the menu she said “ our prices changed”. As I saw my other party that was in different table with different waiters they had the same prices as the menu . Please be careful as they try to steal your money putting random numbers on your receive.

I just left here. I’m from out of town and they were not to busy. I could have stayed all day just watching and listening to them. The service was amazing and staff so friendly I felt like family!! Good job everyone!!

It’s a shame what has happened to this Waffle House location! We have been coming here for over 20 years and have great memories bringing our kids and family from out of town and even a Thanksgiving morning tradition. Now it is literally depressing to see how it is. The last few times we noticed how dirty it was - trash and food on the floor, everywhere, food sitting on tables for over 20 minutes after people left, trash in the parking lot. Also the employees are sitting in the booths and not getting up right away for guests because they are all on their phones! Playing loud music and videos and even FaceTime! As a result, service is nonexistent. That used to be why we would come to the Waffle House because we were treated as guests. Now it seems like customers are disturbing the people “working” there. The food is even bad now. The bacon was overcooked and the toast was burnt. The waffle showed up as we were finishing the meal! One of the coffee creamers given to me was actually already used!? Had to ask for a coffee refill and the check. I really hope someone from corporate visits this location and gets them back on track. Sadly after these many years, we won’t be back.
Disappointing. Trash on floor, flies, mediocre food and not great service. Hope they can improve.

We sat at the countertop right next to the register for 15 minutes and never even got silverware or acknowledged. Worst experience ever. It's a shame we have to drive farther away from our home just to get proper service .
