Went in to get a to-go lunch at 1:45 pm with two other people, I ordered a turkey stack, waited abut 10 minutes and they came out and told me that they were out of turkey and did I want a steak stack; then we waited about another 15 minutes to get our order. upon return to my office and opened my lunch, the steak stack looked like it was thrown together, steak was supper dry and appeared to have been cooked hours ago. I will not return to this location, horrible service, and horrible food

I love Zoe's kitchen but this location has disappointed me a couple times already it's a shame. As I began to put dressing on my salad and mix it the bottom of my salad was brown and nasty they covered it with the good lettuce on top this was today SMH my last visit was around 2 PM like a week or so ago I barely had lentils in my lentil soup it's like they scraped up the last of it so disappointing.

Just ordered a chicken dish for take out and received raw fleshy chicken. The website says they deliver but when speaking with a manager, they cannot bring me a proper cooked lunch. Apparently they do not deliver. I will not return to this establishment. I feel sick to my stomach from biting into that.

I always go to Zoe's kitchen. I always get the power grain bowl with harissa salmon. It always takes less than 10 min, maybe 15 if it's busy. I came here at 2:45 today and it was dead. Maybe one other group waiting for their food. I waited 15-20 min and finally went to ask where my food was and I think she was the assistant manager or manager but definitely not a regular employee and said "salmon is made fresh to order". I explained I always get it and it never takes this long and she insisted its ready to order so it takes some time. After my meal FINALLY came out, she comes back to me 10 minutes later saying she didn't realize the order was placed at the time it was placed, so she gives me a free entree card. Which is great and I'm glad she did, but the way she handled the situation from the beginning was not how a manager should handle it. EDIT: Today I came back (a couple of weeks after the above incident) since the previous time was the only bad experience I had. I order a power grain bowl with grilled chicken. When the order comes out, I check my meal and there's only brown rice. It's missing the farro & lentils. So I let THE SAME MANAGER know. She then looks at me like I'm an idiot & proceeds to tell me that different people make it so sometimes it'll look different but it has everything that's supposed to be in it. So I find a picture and I show her there are grains missing, and the only thing she could say to me is they ran out of the other grains. Helllooo why couldn't you have told me that when I first told you it was wrong? The manager needs an attitude check. It was my fault for coming here again. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but their customer service is terrible. Some advice for the management of this location: if you make a mistake, own up to it immediately. Don't make excuses and have your customers walk out annoyed.

Today was my first time at Zoe's Kitchen. The chicken salad was wonderful, especially considering that I wasn't even hungry. The restaurant was extraordinarily clean, management cordial and helpful. We all agreed that we would return ASAP.
Great food, great management and great service. Clean good food. Perfect for healthy eaters! I love this location. The manager James was hands on and the young man that took my order was amazing!

These guys are life savers after the client moved us to the inferior office that we are in....There not even a vending machine there....I was in low blood sugar when I came in. Left full. Definetely get the kabobs....
