It was good till my partners burger was raw. Giving one star because we were so excited to eat here and talked about it for awhile only to get raw burgers lol. I was polite about it and they cooked us a new burger. I was so disappointed.

The theme is movies but it’s too dark for burger joint. They must be understaffed. Dirty uncleared tables and it took 30 minutes to get a hamburger and fries.

If you want a delicious, juicy, and a big burger, this is the place to go. I went here for lunch and was highly impressed by how tasty the food was. Service was friendly, kind and helped us find the right kind of food to order. Fantastic place, keep up the good work. I got the Jaws burger and it was huge.

Food was good, service was decent. However, place is very dark, the air condition must be broke cause dining area was almost as hot as sitting outside in the sun. Plus food cost is outrageous. For a plain cheeseburger, specialty chicken sandwich nothing outrageous though. 1 order of fries and 2 small drinks almost 30 bucks. Everything is separate. They don't have combo meals here.

Stopped in to try something new & they're pretty nice! They have signs about their AC struggling, but it was actually pretty chilly & I love their theme. A bit pricey but definitely a good treat every once in a while! My only complaint is that the cashier seemed like she didn't really want to be there ?

We live in Idaho now, but I still think about this place and miss eating here. They have some of the best burgers (and sweet potato fries) found anywhere, in any state. The bad movies made for great environment, more burger places need to be like Big Picture Burger.

This place is very unique place and its menu is very creative. The service was great and the attitude of the employees was great. I ordered the white zombie burger and it was fresh and tasted great! Definitely will be returning.

First Impressions. First time eating here. A little stuffy, and dark, dim lighting. Asked if we seated our self was told yes. Then as we are heading to the table where in most cases is what you do to look at a menu and order your food. The girl calls us back to order and pay ahead of sitting down. So we sit in 2 of three chairs in small waiting area to choose our foods then order. Upon ordering I take note that the girl has on a black shirt that appears to be covered in fur possibly a cat. Hopeful she doesn’t visit the kitchen however while sitting waiting on our food she made several trips around to the back where she could certainly be helping out… The Hamburger was very delicious! The cheese fries were very cheesy and tasted good as well.

It was my first time here, and after checking the reviews and hearing from a friend who had visited for the first time, I had to try it. This place is amazing! I ordered a Jaws cheeseburger and some psycho fries. I never thought I would enjoy pimento cheese on french fries but those things are absolutely delicious. Of course, it's a big plus that I grew up in the '80s and the entire theme is based around that. The attendant at the register was very polite, courteous, and helpful. In short, you will not go wrong by choosing to eat here.
