We’ve been frequenting this restaurant every year when we visit family for years. The service is superb. El Js is probably one of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve been to! We get the fajitas that have steak ,chicken and shrimp. Great combo. Highly recommend this place !

I understand being short on help,BUT YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE RUDE!!!!! Man came out with a nasty look and attitude and excused his sorry attitude on being short on help. So we left!

Heidi was very rude, asked her how long and she told us the wait was about 20-25 minutes, nobody else was in line. A big group of people were leaving so we asked if we could just sit there… she then proceeded to say “don’t catch an attitude with me” nobody had an attitude besides her. Management really needs to talk to her about her attitude if they want customers to keep coming in.

The person taking the order over the phone was very rude and unprofessional, the food for pick up (got there early) was COLD and had tasteless, when called to complaint the guy told us he didn’t care and hung up

Food was good but service was terrible ask for a Pina colada came back water down and my husband ask for a 34oz bud draft came back 12oz when we asked for help or to exchange the sever took forever to correct it and then disappeared until our food came.
Best Mexican restaurant I've been to hands down. There was nothing that could've made it better. Fresh chips, great tea, amazing service. Food was brought out quickly and it was fresh and tasty!

My fav place on earth. I moved to Ohio and I’ve been to a ton on of Mexican restaurants and non compare. I keep trying to find the satisfaction of finding something similar and I haven’t been able too. The prices are also very good for the quality of the food ! Here in Ohio everything is overpriced at Mexican restaurants and don’t taste half as good.
