Sub was cold and salty. I was the only person in the entire restaurant and they still managed to miss half my order I had to come back for. Wasn't acknowledged either time in the restaurant, even though there was 3 employees and manager all just hanging out. When I explained my displeasure all I got from several of them was have a nice day while laughing. The "Manager" had absolutely no control over the restaurant, his team, or his own actions. Won't be back, and I will be getting a refund.

I left a 3 for atmosphere because their system I think was messed up and you had to pull to the window to order and that held things up some. The lady working the window was so sweet and pleasant she wasn't frazzled, like I definitely would have been in that situation. They did a wonderful job and the sandwiches were fresh, and so tasty. They have a wonderful staff there.

I have been going here for years.
My last 5 visits have been absolutely DEPLORABLE !! Down to the wait time, the customer service , and the presentation of the front of house, and the drive thru not working. Also pads sitting in the front Idk what’s happening but fix it now !!

I ordered a large pastrami online and picked up at the drive through. After already paying for it online, while waiting behind the car in front of us I noticed the girl hand them their bag of food and their cash/coins change in her sandwich making gloves. Then probably went to make my sandwich. This is one reason I will never return to a restaurant. After making the money sandwich, the carton it came in, the brown bag and napkins had grease and mustard on them from said sandwich. I didn't realize it was a hot sandwich so I couldn't even eat the soggy bread, my husband had half and he was fine with it. The sliced tomatoes were nice and fresh. But overall we won't be back. Let your employees know they can't handle money and then touch food. I could tell when she came to the window they were not a fresh pair of gloves. I worked in the food industry for many years.

Ordered an Engine Company and confirmed with the friendly female employee that it would be turkey and roast beef, she agreed. The male employee attempted to make the sub, but was incorrect THREE times! I told him each remake that the sandwich was to be roast beef and turkey each time and it is to be a large, not medium. The third time getting it wrong, I decided I’d just eat it. All three times he put corned beef instead of roast beef. I ended up waiting 30 minutes to get the final third sandwich. Upon leaving, I spoke with the female employee and she apologized and knew her co-worker kept getting it wrong and tried to tell him, but he wouldn’t listen. The manage which was not there needs to ensure employees (he appeared to be in mid 30s) know the difference between the two meats.

Currently waiting for my sub after almost 20 minutes of waiting in the drive thru. Was told to park and they would bring it to me. Still haven't received my order. If I go in the drive thru obviously I didn't want to come & I shouldn't have to go inside to get my order after I was told it would be brought to my car. Also, if you're running low on meatballs, why wait until an order to prepare some and have people waiting forever. I waited 25 minutes for my sub and had to go inside to get it. Ridiculous

Drive thru is horrible! Not only am I the only car took them for ever to acknowledge me. This is my second time coming through the drive thru within a month and it horrible customer service.
