I left a 3 for atmosphere because their system I think was messed up and you had to pull to the window to order and that held things up some. The lady working the window was so sweet and pleasant she wasn't frazzled, like I definitely would have been in that situation. They did a wonderful job and the sandwiches were fresh, and so tasty. They have a wonderful staff there.

Excellent customer service! Very kind, positive, and patient employees. Definitely coming here again!

Wheelchair accessibility: My dad needs wheelchair accessibility and we can eat here easily.

The food was good. Service was great. I went through the drive thru so I can't speak much in the atmosphere on the inside. Not many Firehouse Subs have a drive thru. I think this was great and makes this on stand out.
