I'm obsessed with Firehouse Subs! The moment I took a bite of my sandwich, I knew I was in for a treat. The meats were freshly sliced, the cheeses were melted to perfection, and the bread was toasted just right.

I come here often with my boyfriend. Usually we do online orders, but we didnt today. I did not write a review before because I assumed it was just an issue with online ordering, but thats not the case. Every time we order, the food is completely wrong and slathered in mayo. Today, I ordered a Firehouse Hero sandwhich with no tomatoes, add olive and pickles. I got a soggy sandwhich that was falling apart, none of the toppings I asked for and it had so much mayo on it. I left a 3 for atmosphere because their system I think was messed up and you had to pull to the window to order and that held things up some. The lady working the window was so sweet and pleasant she wasn't frazzled, like I definitely would have been in that situation. They did a wonderful job and the sandwiches were fresh, and so tasty. They have a wonderful staff there.
