We eat at this location a lot. It seems that whenever we have a coupon to use for a meal they’re always seems to be an issue. Somebody has to be brought over to fix whatever the problem is. We ran into this problem again today with a free meal for Veterans Day. They took care of us and also gave us a free chicken sandwich which I expected to pay for. The food was good. They had to remake my chicken sandwich because they put cheese on it when I requested no cheese, but the food was still good as expected. One of the other problems I have with this location is their bathroom. they have two stalls one had no toilet paper. The other one was dirty with stuff on the walls and on the floor. The paper towel holder was broken so that paper towels on the side of the sink. It seems that nobody has been in this bathroom for a while to check in or clean it up.

Cason by far shows leadership qualities as well as great character. He has the upmost respect for the workplace as well as his commitment to the workplace. If he’s needed by a coworker he is always right there to do any task that is asked of him. Cason also has great customer service skills and a great attitude. My family enjoys coming into Freddy’s to sit down and enjoy the amazing food and the vibes in the atmosphere of the restaurant. We love Freddy’s and we love Cason. ❤️

My order was not correct. My son would not let me tell the cashier cause he didn't want to be embarrassed. Lol We had ordered the same thing. A number 1. Make sure your order is correct. Food was good but not the number 4.

Went there last night through the drive-thru and found a cockroach in our bag of food. When we brought our food back, they refunded our money.

This is one of my local Freddy's. I eat there a lot on road trips across the country.
Furthermore, this place was no exception. The food was outstanding as always and the service was great. The restaurant itself was very clean and welcoming. Overall, I greatly recommend this place, they have some of the best fast food ever.

Made an online order and we didn’t receive our ice cream and drinks. Called and asked about the rest of our order and was told by Gabby that is wasn’t her problem that we needed to call door dash. We didn’t order from door dash we ordered rim them….
