Gabby is that girl!!! I came 20 minutes before they closed and she had the most amazing smile and personality. The best worker I’ve ever met!! Completely made my night! Thank you gabby!!

Poor communication in the drive thru. I had 3 orders of under cooked French Fries. So I was very disappointed.

Our first time and it was soo good! We will return!

Stopped here twice in the past week. It is in a shopping plaza that's located at a weird angle off GA96 and hidden behind another building as viewed from the road going towards 96. The staff the first time was very friendly and everyone working there seemed happy and were presentable looking. The second time the cashier was very soft spoken and seemed to lack confidence or friendliness needed for front end customer support. This cashier was the only one working there with pins in his hat, stating Gender is a Construct. His other pin says She/They. I really don't care about that stuff behind closed doors at home, but at a local business establishment, this wearing of personal agenda pins is too controversial and will steer business away. No one else wore personal items. Regardless of the political or personal agenda of this worker, it'd be more appropriate to not have him interacting with customers because the lack of communication skills with this person severely lacks.
Otherwise, the visits were very good. All communication with other staff members, front and back, was very good. The food was prepared as ordered and taste and temperature was very good.
The posted health rating score was lower than I would have expected because all staff and everything visible seemed very clean and orderly.

Had lunch at our favorite Freedy's on Lake Joy today and I have had good food and service there many times before, but today Maya took our order and was bye far the most pleasant friendly young woman we have had the pleasure of dealing with there. That is a 5 star employee, she leads by example and Customer Service. All business could use help such as hers. THANK YOU Maya.

Decent place a really good frosted orange cream drink

Since we moved to the area 6 years ago, this has been my husband and I’s favorite spot to grab a burger or have a quick and simple date night. The last 3 times we have been have been absolute let downs. The burgers have been so bland and undercooked (they were cooked through but lacked the distinctive crisp of a Freddy’s smash burger). We spaced these visits several weeks apart and each time hoped that it was a once off experience. After this last visit we will not be returning for some time.

Food was good employees in back was more friendly. The cashier wasn't friendly at all , didn't speak when customer approached the counter

Tried the Grilled-Cheese Steakburger and tots for the first time...not disappointed.
One of the workers, a young man named Cason, came around several times to check on patrons, which is really nice and shows Freddy's is about real customer service...keep it up, Cason what you're doing is meaningful! 👍

Jayla is a gem, such wonderful customer service and she made my family's day!

Cali burger was satisfying with extra sauce. The chef, a 5 star basketball player, made sure we had what we needed. The staff are overall friendly. Jteeezy at the register was very helpful. The staff came to our table twice asking if everything was good and if we needed anything.
Love the Turtle as well. Great location and teamwork! Will be back often.

Love the fires and black bean burger. Food is cooked fresh and the custard is always on point.
