1. There's no menu of prices. 2. When placing my order my order was read out to me for accuracy. So when I got my order and recipe I noticed an extra pizza was added. 3. They left off my wings. So I had to drive back up there to pick up my wings just to get home to cold pizza.

Left out the two marinara sauces that came with my delivery . Said they would bring them. Never came and won't answer the phone at the store.

The customer service was fine when I picked up the pizza, but the pizza itself was just not great. There are much better options in the greater Warner Robins area. I remember Pizza Hut being better than this in the past. The crust was so plain, and the flavor was bland. Not terrible, just not good. The price was great, only about $12 for large, but I can get much better pizza at Little Caesars for a better price than this.

This was my first carryout experience with this location and there's not much to say. The pizza was ready. I probably won't order from Pizza Hut again. The Meat Lovers Pizza didn't have much flavor compared to other pizza places I've ordered from.

Made my order wrong and acted like it was my fault. The manager possibly refunded and remade it but unknown until my credit statement arrives. Cashier seemed to be the majority of the problem.
I try to take a picture of a deal Pizza Hut has going so I could l reference it later and the store employee jump down my neck saying I can’t take any pictures in that store! I will never give my money to a store who has “rules” like this! BTW here’s the picture I took!

Stop guilting customers with begging for tips when you pick up a pizza at the drive thru!! If people want to tip, they’ll do so. Otherwise stop saying it’s required to close out the ticket.
