This was my first carryout experience with this location and there's not much to say. The pizza was ready. I probably won't order from Pizza Hut again. The Meat Lovers Pizza didn't have much flavor compared to other pizza places I've ordered from.

Veronica was great and offered kindness & consideration while we were placing an order. We had some issues with our online order and she was able to clarify it for us and ensure my boys were able to get their pizzas! We appreciate Veronica’s professionalism and efforts in customer service

Made my order wrong and acted like it was my fault. The manager possibly refunded and remade it but unknown until my credit statement arrives. Cashier seemed to be the majority of the problem.

I try to take a picture of a deal Pizza Hut has going so I could l reference it later and the store employee jump down my neck saying I can’t take any pictures in that store! I will never give my money to a store who has “rules” like this! BTW here’s the picture I took!

Stop guilting customers with begging for tips when you pick up a pizza at the drive thru!! If people want to tip, they’ll do so. Otherwise stop saying it’s required to close out the ticket.

Shout out to lake joy Pizza Hut. Pizza had the right toppings with no mistakes Quality, temperature,and topping ratio, were perfect. Customer service was excellent!!!!!!
There is no dine in option. But my favorite take home dinner is the Chicken Parm Slider.....best lunch ever!! Servers do a wonderful job getting it prepared quickly...

It took 2 hours to get a personal pizza, 6 wings, breadsticks and fries. The wings were the only thing hot. The location never answered any calls. I know it was the location, b/c the driver texted me with update of what was going on.

Veronica made it super easy over the phone order and my pizza was hot and ready when I came and got it. Made my day and I'm extremely happy. I hardly ever eat pizza hut but I got there way to come in and come out with some ready to eat food. Thank you again.

Today was not a good experience for us with Pizza Hut we called in to place our order by phone since we where traveling home, after I placed the order the young lady ask cash or card. I said card then she ask me for my card number. I told her no we will pay cash when we arrive she said okay ask us the location I confirm and she said it will be ready in about 15 minutes we arrive shortly after they say that I must have given another location,so they say we can order another pizza it will be ready in 10 minutes my husband pays the $22.46 for the pizza and returns to the car,he goes back in 10 minutes and there is a different guy at the counter who says the pizza wasn't paid for, so the guy they said had left so another employee steps in and fixes it

My food said it was ready 10 minutes ago. But I’m still sitting here watching employees bicker while my food is literally sitting in front of them uncooked.
Please pay more for decent employees. The ones you have are driving business away, and it’s largely because YOU, as the business owner, get what you pay for.
Do better. Until then I’m just getting Digiorno. I’m over it with this.
