This subway used to be our go to subway, the new owners took over just a week ago and when I went in they were very rude. They wouldn’t add the ingredients I requested (extra mayo) they argued with me about it. Then I was going to get cookies but they were burnt to a crisp. I can’t believe they fired all the old workers. I used to come in once or twice a week but unfortunately I won’t be eating here anymore due to these horrible issues

I've never seen a subway run worse. I used to come here every day but I hear there is new owners. All they put on my sandwich was one flimsy little piece of peperoni on a $10 sandwich. This store completely sucks now! All the guys I came in and used to talk to are gone now, the new owners got rid of everyone. Boycott this store!

Constantly opens late. Constantly out of ingredients and fails to tell you until sandwich is already toasted. Ingredients not fresh. Worker rushing me through the line every time. Skimpy on ingredients. Save yourself the hassle and go to the one by the base!

Great customer service and employee attitudes! There was an issue with my app order (out of bread because another restaurant took it) and they called IMMEDIATELY after I ordered to look for a substitution or if I'd like to cancel.
Staff is friendly and was very knowledgeable about the subs.

Location was clean, employees were friendly and made excellent sandwiches. They had plenty of chips and cookies in stock. A good value and quality for fast food sandwiches.

Went today 10/8 with a coupon. Ordered a cold cut sub and he went to the back and pulled out a bag of meat and when I got it home, he had only put bologna on it. They had not prepared the onions for the day, and I asked for the bread to be toasted and he pulled it out of the oven too early. The bread was very chewy as if it wasn't baked all the way through.

Use to go here once a week until they stop accepting the coupons they send in the mail to you. Without the coupons the price is really not worth it when subway is the same price as publix, jersey mikes, Larry’s, etc
