It’s a local place (Kathleen GA) so don’t expect the wine tasting experience you would get from a large winery and I have experienced both. The young man who took care of us was very nice and gave us background on their family wine business. The wine was good but make sure you ask for the wine that has aged a bit it’s much better than the newest batch. I guess it needs time to do it’s thing! Give it a try!!

Overall, it was an amazing experience. It was both my friend and my first experience and we enjoyed it. I love wine and every bottle was great but my favorite was sweet noble rose. Tabare was a gracious host. Glad to have found a new place to purchase wine!!!!!

Found this vineyard via google search “vineyard near me”. Was interesting driving thru a subdivision and ending up in someone’s yard, there was a small sign. Tabear and his dad greeted us and were very friendly. We tasted several wines, one straight from the vat and 2 juices. Never had this grape before, the juice is great and the wine was very good. Thank you for a great time.

Wine was good, only had 3 to taste. Showed up and wasn't sure which building to go to. Called 2-3 times before getting an answer. After pouring three glasses, he got a phone call, exited the building, opened the door to tell us we could come out, then went back into their home. Didn't come back out after waiting 5 or so minutes, so we left. Never had the chance to even purchase a bottle. Overall, very weird experience and I know I won't be coming back.

We came near closing but the owner gave us a tasting and a lesson on the muscadine. He let me operate his bottle corker too! All 3 wines we tasted were good so we bought a few to go!

My travel group came to visit the winery and it was great. We had the chance to sample various wines. Latonya and Mr. Taylor was very nice.
My group was very impressed and I will tell everyone I know to come and get the experience.
This is our first time coming and we will come back.
We arrived without a booking, they were very welcoming took us right in and let us taste their wine. It was Velvety! Will definitely be ordering more in the future. TaBear(son) and his mother was so nice felt like talking to family. Book a tasting you will not be disappointed.

My wife and I had a magical time at the Tilford Winery. Mr. Taylor was a kind and accommodating host. The experience was like spending a beautiful afternoon noon with an knowledge uncle. The muscadine wine had a surprising depth of flavor. We will definitely be back with friends.
