Been here 20 years and this place has never let us down. Negative reviews are children that never had to do a job like this and don't live a life being humble. I order, pay, and get my food in a few minutes with no issues. They have an awesome system and works great. Thank you

The crew here doesn't listen to guests. Something so simple as a drink with light ice seems to be completely beyond them. Not just a single time, but every time I go through this store, customization of any menu item isn't happening. From drinks with light ice to no pickles on my sandwich, this store will not give you what you ask for unless it is exactly how they want to make it.

Extremely rude lady in the drive thru. If you hate your job and people so much you should consider a job change. I mean I have low expectations as it is but when I pull up to pay you do not say a single word or even open the window more than the space to stick your hand in and out come on. Food was probably made an hour before I ordered. I am sure that this place doesn’t give a F about any of that as they probably have a nice contract with MWR, but they should really consider getting another business in there to replace this trash.
Do like Mayport and put in a panda. Better food and waaaay better service.

The worst quality of food, they must have a rule to never throw away anything no matter how long is been sitting there. If there is any other fast food restaurant out there looking for a place with customers in need for a change it's here.

Why does the drive through say opened at 4am but yet I come through drive through at 430am and no one wants to take any orders and we’re just sitting there for 10-15 mins at a time yelling hello at the damn thing

This has got to be one of the worst fast food locations ever for order accuracy. I work on base so I've been to this location a lot over the years and I'd say they probably have a 5-10% accuracy rate on properly preparing food. Something is always missing. Be it pickles, onions, condiments, etc...they just can not get anything right.
