Worst Chikfila I have ever been to. Bathroom was dirty and in disarray. Had to wait in mobile line forever because the people in front of us weren’t getting their food. My ice cream cone was delivered to me with it running down all day ovee her hand. Poor leadership and employees.

Vegetarian options: It's a possibility you can get something off the menu with meatless items

Dietary restrictions: Just grab the lowest calorie foods .

Parking: Very Busy ,so parking maybe limited.

Waiting over 25 minutes to get my online DoorDash order is just ridiculous! Plenty of customers came to the counters and received their orders before me. When the food finally does come up from the back the cashier’s move very slow just putting the items in the bags. Unacceptable, do better.

The Johnson Six

They have a “mobile thru” line which is supposed to be quicker service for those who place their order through the mobile app. However, they don’t prioritize the mobile thru line. We got stuck in that line for 20 minutes watching them prioritize people driving up and placing the order once they got here, long after we got here. Great in theory. Terrible execution.

Unusual experience, as they ignore dine-in customers in favor of take-out and online. Stood in line for 10 minutes with no acknowledgement from at least 10 staff members who were doing "something else" at the dine-in counter. Also saw a package of wipes in the food prep area and an employee messing with the fountain soda machine trying to fill his personal container.

Kid-friendliness: Kids unattended running across the half booths of the tables.

Located right off 95. This is your typical chick fil a. Safe area with a bunch of cops outside. Main concern was the food wait times took forever considering there were employees just standing around

We came in around 8:20pm tonight and noticed the line was long so we put a mobile order in. We waited at the end of the counter alongside another couple, who finally received their order after about a 10 minute wait and also received coupons from the worker who stated “since you had to wait longer than 10 minutes we wanted to give this to you”. At that point, we checked the time on our order to see that it had been placed for 12 minutes. About 2 minutes after that we received my 4ct chicken strip (the only food item I ordered) and it clearly showed on the sticker on my bag that I ordered a milkshake and ice cream cone, so I asked if those items were coming out as well. The worker walked over to the ice cream machine and then came back to us to ask us what we ordered. We told her and she took the sticker from our food bag with her. She brought the milkshake a minute later and said “he’s working on the ice cream cone for you” which somehow took another 2 minutes to make and get out to us. After 18 minutes we finally had our entire 3 item order. I understand it was 40 minutes before closing but it wasn’t like we walked in at 8:59pm… We also never received the previously mentioned coupons for our greater than 10 minute wait, so I guess they pick and choose which guests to give those to but I personally wouldn’t recommend giving to one guest for the reason of a 10 minute wait and not the guest standing right next to them who waited 18 minutes. We also never once were updated on the status of our order or checked in on while we waited which is uncommon from my normal Chick-fil-A visits. We were very disappointed in our experience here and shocked that our visit was so different from our typically wonderful visits at many other Chick-fil-A locations.

I ordered the chicken wrap, and I told the cashier lady that I wanted the ranch inside of the wrap so it wouldn't be so damn dry when I eat it so when I finally got my wrap. Well, they didn't listen, so guess what. It was dry as hell. And I mean that wrap was as dry as a Popeyes biscuit.
A waist of money. Just chucked it in the trash. 0-10 do not recommend the chicken wrap

Service was terrible, placed a mobile order ahead of time for it to be ready on time, got the Chicken Sandwich meal and it wasn’t completely cooked (gross) fries were cold,did not receive everything i asked for, check your orders when you come here.
