Honestly the best Chick-fil-A I've been to in a very, very long time. Upon entering, there were lots of balloons in an arc, probably for some occasion. It was very clean, no food on the floor, and not crowded at all. Employees were very polite and helpful, always saying my pleasure. Food was scrumptious, milkshake was heavenly. A must visit!

This is the nicest Chick-fil-A I have been to. Of course the Cobb salad and spicy chicken sandwich were the usual good eats, but also the dining room was clean and inviting. There were even fresh cut flowers in a vase on our table. The peach milkshake was delicious. We are traveling on 95, but will definitely come back when in the area.

If an employee puts in their 2 weeks and all of the sudden their current shift goes from working to no shifts. Not for the current work week but for the entire 2 weeks.
When a child is giving their 2 weeks notice in, because they are relocating for COLLEGE, that seems pretty sad.

I will be encouraging him to speak with corporate, because we have other employees with the same story and situation who are going to speak up.

The drive thru wasn’t super fast but the food was delicious & fresh. The number 2 thing that made me want to go back was the cleanliness of the bathroom. I have kids & what I seen was amazing. I’ve definitely accidentally left wipes and/or diapers at home & been in severe need. This is amazing & so very thoughtful.

The food was great, but I was disappointed to learn that I couldn’t receive a military discount because I’m not a Marine and wasn’t in uniform at the time. As a service member, that policy feels unfair. I hope this is reconsidered in the future.

When did the drive through go to crap? The line used to wrap around the building twice and I'd get through in 15 minutes. Now I wait in line for a half hour when I'm the 7th person from the ordering speaker. I thought it was just a flop one day, but this is the second time now in the last two weeks...

It's Chick-fil-A, so the food is great and the employees are helpful and friendly. The only reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is that this location has the slowest drive-thru I have encountered at a Chick-fil-A location. There are no outside attendants to take orders, only one line with a traditional speaker box. The second lane in the drive-thru area is for mobile orders only. Hopefully, they will change this method soon to be like other locations, and my review will become obsolete. But, in the meantime, if you are planning to use the drive-thru, just know that it will likely be slower than regular Chick-fil-A patrons are accustomed to.

We stop in to this restaurant quite frequently on our way from South Florida to South Carolina. Bravo to the team, good food and beverage & ambiance and location! It’s our #1 choice when we travel up and down the road and love this location. Sabrina took great care of us today and Jeremiah too. We actually enjoyed meeting and visiting with the Owner Justin Whitfield today. Bravo to the Professional and Friendly atmosphere here! My husband loves the spicy chicken sandwich with pickles and honey mustard and a coke. I love the southwestern salad with creamy salsa and today with fresh ground pepper with an unsweetened tea with a slash of lemonade. Justin has a well oiled ship here thankful for this business serving the community and employing many🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Until next time, BobCat out👏🌞

Chick-fil-A Kingsland was fast and efficient when we visited with 50+ middle schoolers coming home from a field trip. They were able to take our student orders efficiently and deliver the food quickly so that we could get back on the road. We are so thankful for them and their amazing service.
