Miss Jackie was awesome. Absolutely loved the food. People were wonderful here. I will definitely recommend a family and friends.

Got a 1/2 pound of brisket. Honestly tasted like it was oven broiled to me. The Carolina sauce made it ok. Wasn’t terrible, but not all that great either. Just makes you wonder if they even have a smoker. Definitely was a disappointment and not worth the money spent. I walked in and could see why it wasn’t busy.

Ordered food from here online. When i got the food there was a blue hair in it. Tried calling and talking to a manager. They wont answer the phone so we called the gas station and they had to get someone to come to the phone. We finally get to talk to someone and tell her that we had a blue hair in the food when we opened it and got told that nobody who works there has blue hair. I dont have anybody in my house with blue hair and then we tried telling them that the sour cream was bad and that it had curdled. We got hung up on. Will not go back and will not order food from here again!

Placed order that took 30 minutes to be ready. Not the first time.

Don’t recommend this establishment. The workers are rude and short. We ordered a pork plate and our sides- the lady taking our order was wearing air pods and walked away right in the middle of taking our order another lady walked up and continued to take our order. Then when the order came out the order was wrong and they gave us a rib plate instead. Charged us $5 more. We asked for the correct order (which was a cheaper order) we didn’t even ask for our money back (nor was offered our money back for THEIR MISTAKE) - just wanted the correct food. They began to tell me how I ordered incorrectly and it was my fault. After I finally got them to fix our order there was head shaking and attitudes. Dickeys bbq is awesome, customer service is low quality.

Food was awful. I was looking for chicken breast what I ordered and ribs. Taste like garbage and the stuff was packed in my bag all spilled out. For $18 plus I will never stop at this exit again. Food was old

Went to this dickeys once and order 1/2 lb pork 1/2 lb sausage like I always do at dickeys. The portions were correct. Came back today to order the same thing. I get 1/4 lb portions and asked about the small portions and didn’t get offered a correction. Not going to come back and spend $23 on that small amount of food.

Says open till 9. Closed at 805 stood there for 10 mins before someone walked up.but before I could ask the lady just turn and walked away very rude I won't be back to this location

So, we've been to the Dickey's in Lagrange, ga a few times now and it's always amazing. I didn't realize when we was there that it's actually a chain so started looking to see if there was any nearby. Apparently we have one here in Jacksonville but the reviews are pretty terrible. But we was heading back from Brunswick and decided to stop at the one in Kingsland since it does have a pretty high ranking.

The lady at the register originally wasn't very helpful when it came to ordering so we ended up having to order through the app...

Despite closing at 9 apparently they was waiting for us to leave at 8 to lock up...

And the food... My daughter is 5 her chicken was burnt (picture for reference)... To the point I was pulling it apart to make sure it was actually chicken.

We are used to the ribs falling off the bone and these were too tough for 2 out of 3 of us to eat.

The chicken breast was however very tender and juicy....

It was a little disappointing but Lagrange set a high standard. We will likely go back just to make sure it wasn't just an off day considering the reviews are pretty good at this one.

I ordered online and when I got there to pick it up, the store was closed, how is it possible that they let you order ahead and be closed before the time. So disappointing and there is no way of getting my money back because they don’t have a customer service phone number other than the store’s one which was already close so no point on calling.

This is a hidden gem..Stopped in to grab fuel and smelled the yumminess outside..The portions are great 1 meal fed 2 people.. everything was delicious..

Tried Dickies for the first time, good barbeque the sides were beans and coleslaw both of which were very good a little stingy in the amount of sauce they give you.
