Ordered a Cafe Dolce at the Kingsland location had previously had one the day before from the St.Marys location so I wanted another I ordered at the Kingsland location and it taste different it tasted like warm milk no flavor so I brought the coffee back it was still hot because I went to one place and then returned to have it remade so I pull up and one of the girls was leaning all outside the window with a dog treat playing all in the dogs mouth I immediately pull up and she was not washing her hands and within those seconds she should of still been washing them nope I don't think she ever did so I said something because that's completely disgusting touching on a dog then preparing human food it should definitely be a health violation so because I asked if she was going to wash her hands they decided to remake the coffee with coffee grounds in it, so I won't ever roll my tires in that parking lot thinking your getting a nice cup of coffee with a side of dog slobber

Love the coffee! This is a popular drive thru coffee shop so sometimes you have to wait for the 3 cars ahead of you to finish. They have an app to order ahead to save time.The workers are friendly and efficient.

I come to Ellianos every single day for coffee, and over the last year, I’ve noticed a decline in the quality of service. I typically visit the St. Marys location, where I’ve had better experiences, but today I stopped by the Kingsland location and was very disappointed.
Despite only two cars being in line, the wait was unusually long. I observed an employee at the window conversing with one customer for over 10 minutes before even processing their payment for 1 drink. Once that car moved, the line finally started to move a bit quicker.
When it was my turn to order, the staff didn’t seem very friendly or attentive. I wasn’t asked if I had the app or a phone number to apply to my order, and even after I mentioned it, I had to repeat myself twice before it was added. I had two separate orders, and the process felt disorganized and unprofessional.
It seems like this location could benefit from stronger on-site management to improve both customer service and efficiency. For now, I’ll continue making the extra drive to the St. Marys location where the service is much more consistent.
