Little Caesars Pizza

If I could leave less I would.
I ordered a half off 1 kind and half with several veggies cuz my son doesn’t like that stuff.
I got home and there were veggies everywhere. I took it back and no one said anything, they just took the wrong pizza to the back and it was remade but while I was waiting you could hear the manager telling a person how they missed up and she acted like it was an inconvenience for her to remake it.
Note only that but you could hear them talking and they were using profanity like it was nothing.
I was handed my pizza and I left.
I’ve been in the restaurant field, I was a manager at a Little Caesar’s in Savannah, I would have NEVER treated my customer like I was treated. They wouldn’t have left my store unless they were 100% happy. I wasn’t expecting anything but they didn’t even apologize!
That place is a disgrace to the franchise! I will not be back to that location!

Walked in 15 minutes before they close, they were already cleaning up.. I asked if I was messing them, and got a polite nope. I got 3 of the best pizzas I have gotten from Little Ceasars, Crazy bread that had to be fresh out of the oven and a order of wings that my kids inhaled.. highly recomend, and I will be back now that I know their there.

I arrived at 10:30 pm, store closed at 11:00 pm. I waited 10minutes before anyone came up to take my order, said we are closing in 5 minutes very rudely and started making excuses about how my placing an order would be putting him out. I walked out and will not be going back.

Stood there for almost 15 minutes and Noone took my order 3 or 4 employees walked by and didn't even acknowledge I was in there store. So I left mad and frustrated.

We ordered pizza online and had it delivered. It was incorrect/missing toppings. We called 9 times with no answer. I finally gave up hope of getting ahold of the store and fed my children the pizza anyway. I decided I’d try to call again (a tenth time) just to complain that they’d left off toppings because I was still so annoyed at the situation (I didn’t ask for anything back or a new pizza). The employee who answered was agitated from the moment he answered the phone and snapped at me when I told him I’d already fed my kids the pizza because they HAD to eat.

Stopped in to pick up an order of crazy bread. The person working the front was not friendly to anyone in the lobby. The counter, front of machines, pop refrigerators and overall lobby was dirt lay and disgusting. Overall based on this visit I can’t recommend this location.

This place used to be better. They do not keep up with the number of orders. The quality has dropped and you can expect a long wait time from 35-50 minutes.

2025 Update. Continual downline with routinely broken machines. Ordering in the app is for show now, they give away orders as hot and ready if the person isnt standing by for their terribly inaccurate times.

Mr. Harris at this location works really hard. His customer service is superb. On a couple occasions I have seen him represent the company very well getting customers their orders fast, on some of the busiest days I've ever seen.

Go to ANY other pizza place. 0/10 service. Erica has a horrible attitude and was very inconvenienced by having to serve me. Will not be back.

The GM of this place has made some racist remarks about POC and treats the employees like trash. There are other issues with the way they run this business and I recommend not going here. There are more fast food places around this area that treat people with the respect.

I was passing through the area and placed an order on the app. Ordering was simple and easy. What I received was very disappointing. I ordered the EXTRAMOSTBESTEST® PEPPERONI but received a pizza with less pepperoni than the classic. If I wanted breadsticks, I would have ordered that! There's easily 3-4" of crust with no sauce or toppings.

Once upon a time,, BEFORE Covid, the pizza quality was delicious. But, now the pizza is too salty, doughy and overcooked, and also my last time!! But, it was nice while it lasted! #

Italian cheese bread is made differently than any other location (missing the crispy edges) , pizza was under cooked and crazy bread was crunchy and thin

This particular store stays busy and it seems like a bunch of younger kids are working but the food is always good never had a complaint on that………UNTIL tonight smh I’m posting the pictures, no words are even needed. ?
But fr tho y’all gotta do better these “so called” breadsticks they just ain’t it! ??‍♀️
