Why am I being asked to tip at check out when I have to pick up my own food at the counter, fix my own drinks and bus my own table? Also, no where in app to request a refund of my tip or file a complaint.

Food was hot and fresh, service was good, facility was DIRTY. The self check out Kiosk was filthy, most of the tables were dirty, floors were covered in drink spills. It was like they forgot to clean for a week.

I was poisoned on Friday 1/5/2024 from the Panera Bread in Kingsland, GA. I only purchased soup for myself and spouse. I ate the broccoli and cheddar bowl and the bread that comes with it. I did not have anything to drink. I literally ate the soup at 2:50 pm and a couple hours later, I began to experience sharp pains in my stomach. It was in knots. Then I began sweating profusely and could not hold my vomit in. I started projectile vomitting uncontrollably and having uncontrollable diarrhea. I knew it was from the soup. I had a massive amount of soup particles in my feces and the vomit. My husband called the Panera to let the manager know. The supervisor on duty was a novice and could not truly assist. My husband just informed him that they should change out the soup so no other customers got sick. We are currently waiting on a General Manager to follow up with us. #panerabread #kinglandGeorgia #broccolicheesesoup

You cannot go wrong here. My kids ? be this place and I love breadThey have never gotten my order wrong. They serve it quickly and hot.Only issue I ever had was there were no cups in the size we ordered and when I asked for a cup a member remarked this is not chipotle to me from behind the counter.Besides that again good food , quick service, delicious product and it makes my kids happy .

We eat at Panera all the time but this location is one of the best we have been to. The food was better in quality and quantity! Vegetables and bread were fresh! We felt like the portions were bigger.Very nice bakery with beautiful display of special breads and desserts!Vegetarian options: Baja Warm bowl, Autumn squash soup

I order the chicken caprice sandwich . I got home and was disappointed there was no chicken in the sandwich. I called the manager he told me to comeback and they would make it right. I never went back. They should got it right the first time. I will never return to that store again.

If you can manage to get a receipt, please check it. You will get over charged for people not knowing how to ring things up. Not the first time and I called this time to confirm I was overcharged. They offered to put my name down for next time but not risking it again. Not worth it. I tried asking for a receipt after paying with cash but was handed my change and window immediately closed. Waited to try to ask when I got my food and as soon as my fingers were on the bag, the window was closed so again 0 opportunity to get my receipt which prompted the call and this review. My order was not complicated. A small soup does not cost $8.
