Our server, Ala was fantastic. So pleasant and attentive. I had an issue with my order and she was quick to resolve it

My husband and I went to RT today 3/24/25 for the first time in years. While the food was only OK, our server Aaliyah was phenomenal! She was attentive and considerate. She engaged in conversation with us and kept our drinks filled. I would go back again just to have her because she made our experience great! This girl may be young, but she's going places in life and Ruby Tuesday is lucky to have her!

The service was terrible! We were seated fairly quickly but everything else was done at a snail’s pace. After placing our orders to include the salad bar we were informed that there is a new policy in place that silverware is not given until the main entree is served…that seems very cheap policy. I should be able to have silverware before my entree if I ordered the salad bar. Also I was not given any straws for my drinks. Service just was not good. Maybe it was an off day but this is the second time the service has been this way and I will NOT be returning.

Usually I have a very good experience at Ruby Tuesdays. I order the same thing every time and the food is always delicious and fresh. However, this time my burger was way overcooked and the french fries were stale. I hope it's better next time.

Wife and I were quickly seated. We waited and waited but no server came around. We were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary, not sit there until our next one. It was lunchtime and didn't seem that busy. We finally had to leave.
My son and I sat at the bar and got charged 2 for someone else's bill and the manager said he couldn't do nothing about it . It is corporate owed busines they should have taken care of it right than . I will never go back unless that man applause to me and my son for the way he acted. And I get my money back...

It was my husband birthday and was the worst experience we ever had here. Was a bug in 2 of our drinks our steak was not cooked properly as we asked the server never returned to refill drinks or ask how the food was definitely disappointing

It’s truly shameful that my grandson who is autistic level 3 nonverbal with an intellectual disability be treated the way he was at this restaurant. The way it went down was we waited to be seated they tried to seat us in a table we explained that he needed a booth. The guy was bothered from the start. We always make people aware of the situation with him because we want people to understand. But anyway we sat down and first thing he grabs was salt in a sensory thing for him which if he’s calm that’s what matters. Well the older person who was taking care of us took the salt and moved it to the other end of the table my daughter who is the little boys mom said again he’s autistic he then says I figured . It’s one thing to be uneducated about children with special needs but don’t be insulting and discriminating against him. It’s a hard enough thing with everything he goes through but add this no just horrible. Please educate this restaurant on being understanding we’ve only experienced this at another restaurant and it was the same but we’ve been to tons of places and nobody acts likes this I pray for people to learn

We appreciate the salad bar, our entrees were delicious coconut shrimp platter and steak, shrimp and ribs platter + 2 beers (70$)

The atmosphere was pretty and had TVs around the area. We were greeted quickly by the host. My wife’s loaded potato skins and salad bar were good. Now, the bad news:
My grilled chicken was warm when it was first served so I had it reheated. Same with my fries. They discounted my dish cost by half so that was nice of them. Our utensils were dirty. The floor had fries and other food all around. The windows were not cleaned and same for the windowsills. The host did not smile at us. The only urinal in the bathroom was broken. The toilet pipes and sink handle area looked had what looked like white powder all over them. The toilet base was very filthy. The mirror needed cleaning.

I ordered the T bone steak tonight, worst steak I've ever had in my life. I've had steaks from waffle house that tasted better and that's saying something. The steak felt and cut like a piece of rubber. I ordered the steak med well to well. It could be me, however I do not return food for personal reasons. Never again. Going home to have a bowel of cereal, this sux.

I'm going to start off that manager Mark was awesome. He literally had my food ready within 10 minutes after I called and complained about my hockey puck burgers. After arrival the second I found out they were short staffed which made me feel bad for them. If there is anyone out there that wants a good manager go talk to mark at Ruby Tuesdays but as far as the food I won't eat there again because even the replacement food was horrible.
