It truly pains me to leave review after being a regular since this location opened. However, this location has seriously gone downhill since the older male manager has been gone. He was so pleasant, always greeted his customers and had his staff in a joyful mood.
Today I went for my usual quick coffee run while my child was in therapy. I get one drink from Starbucks - brown sugar shaken espresso. I ordered a grande after waiting in the long drive thru. Only to take a few sips as I drove away and realizing that they actually just gave me a regular oatmilk shaken espresso with no brown sugar. I turned around, parked, took my two year old and coffee inside and the cashier (long dark hair, taller girl) unenthusiastically asked me what she could help me with. I told her about my drink and that I don’t want them to have to remake it. I asked if she could just give me the syrup and I’ll pour it into my drink. Instead of believing there could have been a mistake made on their end, she chose to educate me on how a brown sugar espresso is made with only two pumps of syrup. I explained I knew that but there is nothing in my drink. She then continued on to ask me if I’ve ever had one to which I replied, yes it’s the drink I get almost every day. She hesitantly came back with two pumps. No apologies on Starbucks behalf, no accountability. Just attitude. Like it’s a crime for me to politely ask that my $7 medium sized drink have the right basic ingredients. I completely understand mistakes and this is not a review about the baristas making mistakes, it’s about the attitude of certain staff.
This location also randomly closes and leaves mobile ordering open. In turn having to call Starbucks and get a credit to your mobile account.
The girls at the window are always sweet though.
I went to Ellianos when they randomly closed and although they don’t offer brown sugar shaken espresso’s they made me their version and they were cheerful and helpful. The Starbucks cashier could take a lesson from them.

On the late afternoon of Thursday, 11/06 my husband went inside this Starbucks to inquire about the Bearista Cold Cup. When he entered he was greeted by a barista. There were only two other customers in there at this time who had been waited on and the drive thru wasn’t busy. Three baristas’s then walked past and totally ignored him. He tried getting their attention, but was unsuccessful! My husband stated this was the rudest and most non-professional Starbucks he’s ever been in! Since he was on his way home, he stopped by the Starbucks closest to where we live. When he went in, the entire staff/barista’s greeted him and was able to answer his questions about the Bearista Cold Cup without any hesitation!

We all know that the HK holiday cup was going to be out. There were a good 10+ people lined up when this white girl, pierced ears, long brown hair, drives a dark 4 door sedan cuts the line and lines up with her “friend”. The crazy part is, that “friend” as she says, claims to be a store manager at this location “tall black female”. This girl is an employee of this Starbucks and cuts the line, buys the items that the customers are waiting for, then goes to the back of the store like nothing happened. Some people were not able to get the item because of her. There were customers that called her out, and she acted like “oh, I can’t wait with my friend?” Well unfortunately, you can but not cut in line. Integrity of the store manager, the employee brings down the moral, of the small city. Starbucks HQ, you should look into this issue, not a good business for the company. As a manager, you did not stand your ground and teach this employee the right thing.
I go to this Starbucks often so when I see her, I’ll add the photo on here! Stand-by updates!!

30-Minute wait for two drinks. The service flow makes no sense. Why was my order split? 10 minutes for item one, then a frustrating 20-minute wait for the second item, while others that came after, got their order before me. Are they playing divide and conquer with the orders? Whatever the system is, it’s broken. I get faster service at a sit-down restaurant.

The manager accused me of stealing from their tip jar after I left them a cash tip. Careful they might try to hold you hostage next.

It’s a beautiful location , but not the service . Very Rudy , unprofessional stuff . I won’t ever come back here .

I’ve been to 100s of Starbucks across the country and this one by far had the worst service. I’m not a Karen. I hope that the barista was just having an off day but Tammy was rude, put in the wrong drinks, was nonchalant and avoided eye contact, all around a poor example of Starbucks. Like I said, hope this was just a one time occurrence and will be back:)

This is one of the slowest locations I’ve ever been to. I’ve never made it out of the drive-through line less than 15 minutes and even when you place a pick up order you still stand in the lobby for at least 15 minutes go to Ellianos it’s better

This company is in serious trouble. Every location the staff lacks any bit of energy excitement enthusiasm. Forget customer service you lucky if they grunt at you and roll their eyes when taking your order. Sadly not unique to this location everyone seems miserable.
