This company is in serious trouble. Every location the staff lacks any bit of energy excitement enthusiasm. Forget customer service you lucky if they grunt at you and roll their eyes when taking your order. Sadly not unique to this location everyone seems miserable.
My drink wasn’t made correctly but they remade it. It’s expensive and overpriced but I needed a comfortable atmosphere to relax during a long road trip and this was perfect. The interior of there cafes is excellent.
