Visited twice last week. Both times, I enjoyed the big burrito. You get so much food for your money. The young ladies who prepared my food, Kiley and Genesis, were both very polite and professional.

I have never been to the store. I always uber eats from Callahan. The food is always amazing and even though it is easily a 30 minute drive my food is always hot. Will definitely order again

Placed an order through door dash as a last minute decision and when I showed up to pick MY order up they told me they couldn't remake it because an employee has handed out my order. That is not my mistake and they told me I had to go through because it's a 3rd party. If you made the mistake, how is that my problem. They went ahead and made it but the woman that originally helped was rude and did not help. If not for her employees my first expense would have been trash.

Staff were super friendly, fast and attentive, even with being short handed and busy! Food was incredibly good. Restaurant was clean and comfortable. Definitely will eat here again! Location was easy to get to, had an inviting atmosphere, everything was stocked and prices of product were reasonable. Love the diced banana pepper option. The burrito bowl I ordered was packed with meat. Highly recommend!

I love the food from this place. I know you can't see the delicious meal underneath the chips but I do NOT like for the cheese to stick to the lid... I have nachos covered with black beans, ground beef and all of extras minus hmm, nothing ...
The only suggestion I have for the Surcheros beautiful staff is, N***** - always, always, always wear gloves when handling food containers ... You never know "who" is coming thru those doors (especially if they might be a health inspector)... I'm just saying!
Dietary restrictions: That's hard to say when you like everything including spinach, mushrooms, peppers, etc...

It's kinda hard to believe, but I've never ate Chipotle in my life. Well on game store trip, I decided to try this brand since there's none near my home and I happen to see this place on the way to said game store.
The food is pretty good only thing I would've done differently is to ask for more meat. Otherwise, the flavor is good.

I ordered online for pickup. 2 Tacos with soft corn tortilla. I picked them up within 10 minutes of ordering. The tacos were COLD. They don't even bother toasting the corn tortillas. They tasted like they took them straight out of the fridge, put the meat on them, then all the other cold ingredients. These are the absolute worst tacos I have ever had. Just infuriated me eating them at home. It was late, I was tired, and I wasn't about to drive back.
They also forgot to include my chips and salsa.
I will never eat there again.

Ridiculous wait! I watched them fulfil delivery orders while I stood in that line for about 10 minutes. First and last time. They skimped on portions too. $24 for a burrito bowl with steak is diabolical. Ya, chipotle or Moes is better value.
