I was told by almost everyone who has been here not eat here but I did, first the chili came room temp to were the cheese won't melt but didn't even think on it, then the steaks came and you could tell they were cooked at LEAST 1 hour before arriving, my daughter's mac and cheese was just butter noodles. We weren't sending it back behind the scenes that's for sure! So my wife packaged everything and took it home to doctor it up and we had our family time there and just laughed about how you can get better steaks at Ops pizza on Thursday literally! It very sad to spend over $170 just to package, recook, and doctor your own food we just paid for just to be able to eat it. I DON'T EVEN WANT TO GIVE IT 1 STAR!

I always enjoy going to this restaurant but tonight just was not it. Everything somehow was dry and tasted like jerky. I ordered a 6oz and it came out no juice dry as a rock. The loaded baked potato was great though and was the only enjoyable part of the meal. I had a side of steamed broccoli and it came out raw and uncooked. It almost was like it was taken off a vegetable tray you find at Walmart. My spouse got the salmon ceasar salad and the fish was also dry and unremarkable. Atmosphere felt nice and didn't have any detractors. Our server was nice enough but did not offer to-go drinks or bread and felt a bit lack on check ins where it felt like we were the lowest of importance.

This was our 1st time at this location and our 2nd time visiting all together. Each time definitely wasn’t impressed. The drinks were good, service was alright, we asked 2 times can one of the tvs be switched to basketball they said the manager had to do it. The ladies asked and it never happened, how is it March madness and not one basketball game is on at the bar.

We’ve chosen this location to have our weekly date night. Tonight we had Ashlyne as our server. She was absolutely amazing. I give her a 20/10 for service. My husbands ribeye was cooked to perfection as was my burger.

Visited 3/15, sat at the bar. Tab the bartender was outstanding, great customer service. We both ordered beef tips, they were cooked as ordered, tasted great. The manager is the one who delivered the meal, very personable. And last but not least, MILITARY DISCOUNT. We will be back.

A steakhouse should know how to cook a steak. Twice now I have gone there and ordered a Filet cooked medium. Twice now I have gotten a extra rare filet on my plate. They suck and don't know how to cook.

My husband and I met friends for lunch yesterday. This was our first time at the Kingsland location. Food was delicious and our waiter Conlen was awesome!! The place was getting busy but they had a lot of employees. We will definitely be back!!

Ordered our food online to be done at 5:30 didn’t get our food until 6:15. I understand it’s a Saturday and things can get busy but our food was lukewarm when we got it even our rolls were lukewarm. I can’t speak on the service and food if you dine in but I wouldn’t recommend ordered online. I watched multiple people pickup before me and they also complained about the wait. The two women who was bagging orders didn’t seem to have any care about the time it was taking for things to come out. Oh and we ordered a grilled chicken salad, fried pickles, and country fried steak. I asked for no egg or onion on my salad and I had egg on my salad. I was expecting a bit better considering we waited an extra 45 minutes for our food.
