The food and smoothies are good but the customer service needs work. If you order on the app, make sure you check your order. Twice now, they have forgotten the dressing to my Thai chicken salad. It's a specialized dressing for that specific salad so without it, it's basically inedible. Smh 🙄😡

Really disappointed in this location. First off, I couldn't even understand what they were saying through the speaker in the drive thru then I mentioned I had an online order but they couldn't find it. Finally they did and my order was simple other than taking off onions and they totally messed up my 'dilla so I politely asked them to remake it and they looked at me like I was stupid... even though I was polite the entire time and it even specified no onions on the receipt and on the sticker that was on the order itself. And I got the new Lilo & Stitch smoothie, that is supposed to be a teal color to resemble Stitch but it's this super pale green color. Tastes good though but was still disappointed altogether. And the second 'dilla I got was somehow way spicier bc they made it with red salsa (which is what it comes with) and red peppers which wasn't in the first one they made that had onions in it and NO salsa or red peppers. I just don't get why it's so hard to read orders and make them correctly the first time but then to also treat me like I'm the bad guy for asking it to be remade the way I asked.
P.s. yall need to add more of the teal powder to make the smoothie match the color as it's advertised.

I've ordered here 3 times. I've never enjoyed a complete order. Twice before I was charged for items I never received from delivery.
Today they would've shorted me again but I chose pickup instead of delivery. I let them keep the entire order and chose somewhere else for dinner. I'm over it with being shorted every time I've tried this place.
So.... If I take nothing with me, I pay nothing? Wrong. They can't refund out. Sooooo.... I entered the dispute today with MasterCard while I was waiting for dinner to be made elsewhere.
So ridiculous but, I'm over it tropical ... Bottom line, I've ordered here 3 times and I've never enjoyed a complete order. I've been overcharged all 3 times. I work in the same shopping plaza, I'd be ordering every week... I like tropical but, I don't wanna get ripped off and overcharged anymore, either.

I just left from up there. I tried to calling because I ordered a quesadilla and you all didn’t give me no dipping sauce that comes with it!
The quesadilla is dry without it! not even hot and I have NO receipt. I have called the number several times listed on Google. No one is answering the line! I just left there five minutes ago poor service.

Recently went through drive through and the man helping (he was black, just to narrow people down), was very abrupt and rude. You don’t like your job, find another one. Don’t put that negative energy onto people because you’re not happy with your own life. This whole area is going downhill real quick.

I really wish I can speak with the owner I was double charge for my order $23.93 twice and was advise that the machine wasn’t working and he had to run my card again and have yet been able to reach anyone at this location even though I don’t live in Kingsland it’s sad that no one at the location answers the phone then when I finally reach someone no team lead or manager wasn’t there a employer took my name and number down was advise that once the team lead gets back I should receive a call back still haven’t and I tried calling and no one answers I really wish I could give this location zero stars lack of communication this is not acceptable at all I just want my funds back I work to hard to be giving away extra funds

I come here very often. I was charged 19.74 for two smoothie which the real total should have been 16.02 but the man at the window must have added himself a tip when he saw i was paying cash.
