I just wasn't sure if they were giving good service or they were just trying to get us out quick. Usually at all the Hinesville, GA ones you wait and wait for food and tables or they say they are only doing take out a lot. Maybe they were just good service cause I'm not used to it.

I recently visited this Waffle House where the food was fine, but the service felt cold and unwelcoming. While the waitress was helpful, it seemed like the overall staff vibe was distant. I hope the management encourages a friendlier atmosphere, as it would really improve the dining experience.

As always love the food I got at Waffle House - I will say ask what the definition of extra crispy hashbrowns is for them because they were EXTRA CRISPY but were still good. The only thing I would suggest improving is helping customers in the order of which you are asking them questions. I asked for a refill of coffee and there were other customers that were asked after us questions and helped before us. All in all great experience though

Always busy, sometimes no where to sit but when i get it on the go its done in less then 15 min depending on the order. Food be TASTY and i love the waffle house sauce! Must try if havent.

I mean, it's waffle house. The waiting staff was great and the food's always good. The best time to go tho, is early as hell in the morning it's so cozy, and you can't ever get a better feeling than that morning atmosphere of a waffle house.
Dietary restrictions: If you're nice to the staff, they're more likely to help you figure out what they can for your dietary restrictions with a happy tone. Don't be rude, that's all.
Parking: It's not the biggest lot, but finding a parking spot is usually easy for me.
Kid-friendliness: Every time I've brought my nieces and nephews in here, the staff was really understanding and polite to them. Just don't bring hell raisers into a quiet chill place.
This shop is great! We ate in, today, and saw lots of take-out orders being processed quickly and taken. Management had a smoith working relationship with all workers, and staff meshed well. Jenn, our server, was pleasant and attentive. Food was prepared just right, and served hot. We were here during tbe Florida-evacuation from Hurr.Milton, and altho busy, these folks were effecient and breakfast wasn't delayed at all! Cudos to all first shift workers today, Oct.10, 2024
