Not sure what there problem is here. Cut 1 piece of bacon up for a baconator. I posted a picture of it. Service sucks id fire everyone working here if I had the chance

Nothing fast about this place! Don't stop here if you're getting breakfast before work or on your lunch break you'll be sitting for 30 mins before you even get your food. NO ONE IS HERE, WHY ARE YOU SO SLOW!!!?!?!?!????

Waited 30 minutes for my mobile pick up order just to walk out empty handed because there was an issue with the computer not showing the order. They wouldn't make my order even though I had my mobile receipt. I hope I can get a refund. :(

Took 15 minutes to get 2 small Dairy Desserts. Customers after me served and received food. Manager AND Employees very rude, argumentative and stood around talking. Disrespectful to the customer not good.

Closed their doors 15 minutes before they're set to close. Locked them while people are still inside ordering and shit down the drive through early. Employees are lazy and need to realize they're working for the public. Should not be allowed to close early

The people just don’t care here When did 45 minutes for food and then it was wrong the manager is a rude, rude, rude rude person and that’s being nice But I guess you get what you pay for I hope she doesn’t make more than 7.50 an hour first first time I ever went to a fast food place that was out of cheese as well over 15 people waiting for food

Ordered a double stack biggie bag and was asked to park infront of the store. Took 10 minutes for them to bring my food and nobody is in the drive-thru or inside at the counter.

Only 3 people are working. They were unable to take orders in the drive thru. A line was formed, and no one came to take order, so I had to go inside. The cashier was new and was constantly asking the other 2 workers for assistance. These workers were slamed. Doing the best they can. Management needs to address these issues.

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich they said we always drop them fresh sorry but that’s a lie 90 seconds later they gave me a chicken sandwich. I said I asked for it fresh she said it just came up. I stuck my hand in the bag and it was barely warm so I asked them to make me a fresh spicy chicken sandwich like I asked for in the first placeso I watch them five minutes later they gave me a spicy chicken sandwich that was microwaved every Wendy’s tells you it will be seven minutes to cook a fresh one. It was five minutes piss poor service.

We had lunch at this Wendy’s inside the pilot travel stop in November 2024. I was amazed how long it took to not only order but then wait to receive our order in this fast food restaurant. There was a person in line ahead of us. And before we had received our order, the line grew. I would estimate that to place the order and sit down took ten minutes or more. The person yelling out the names for pick up, was very difficult to understand. I watched various people talking to each other saying “what did she say”.
What happened to fast food? It’s been getting steadily worse and worse as time goes on. Wendy’s use to be one of the better burger joints. But like McDonald’s and Burger king, the food tastes terrible. It’s somewhat eatable and fills your belly, but there is no longer much enjoyment with eating it. I guess that’s why places like Freddys, steak and shake, and Culver’s seem much more appealing nowadays.
Anyway I had a double burger meal and the wife just a chicken sandwich. My food was borderline warm at best. But her chicken was so hot she badly burnt her mouth on the first bite. It took her by surprise because the sandwich felt quite cool. The chicken must have been fresh out of the fryer. At least it was fresh, I guess. The soft drink machine was out of most brands. So we had to pick a soda we didn’t really care for. I can understand one being out. But multiple flavors all at the same time?
We paid almost $20 for our food. Two sandwiches, one fry and one drink. expensive and it kind of sucked. And to top it off, not one of the employees remotely seemed friendly in any way. Maybe it was just a bad day for the entire crew? But we found this Wendy’s extremely slow, unfriendly and expensive for the meal we were provided. Wendy’s should think about maybe going back to food that actually tastes good rather than maximizing profits with the ingredients they are passing off for food anymore.

I travel across the country and I always order on the mobile app. I like my burgers minus some things and I add others. My order is never right at any Wendy's, ever... until now. This location has gotten it right both times I've been here. Thanks to the crew for paying attention to the order. And both times my food was ready fast, hot and delicious. The crew has been friendly too.
