They made my burger wrong, three times. That's just one of many experiences that were incredibly disappointing. Whether it's morning, afternoon, or night time... you're bound to have a bad experience. I wish they would shut it down and put something else there. This place is tanked.

Most incompetent fast food place ive ever had the displeasure to eat at. What little of my order i ate. After waiting for 15 mins as others who came after received their food, they left out my tenders. So had to wait even longer for that. Then go to open ip my chicken sandwich which was specifically no mayo, they seemed to have put a huge global of mayo on it and didnt add pickles. I've worked fast food for years, you weren't even busy. Im sorry you dont know how to read. My suggestion only go here if you want to be highly upset by the food being messed up as well as the rude customer service.

Had a order that was supposed to be ready 25 minutes ago, we get there and it isnt ready we got told to wait in the mobile order parking. Sat there for about 5 minutes and i went inside the wendys myself, everybody in there was super slow looked like nobody was taking the job seriously, and the lady we spoke to in the drive through thought it was funny that i was getting impatient. Worst wendys i ever been to never again will i waste money here

I see why they have a 3.1 rating. Tried to go through the drive thru and nobody answered the intercom for 5mins. Then pulled up to the window and an older lady, with an attitude, told us they are doing a shift change and we have to come in to order. How we were suppose to know that? Idk…maybe they could have said something back over the intercom. They suck.

I would sooner scrape the break dust off of a 1987 Chevrolet, put it in a bowl, fill said bowl with expired milk, top it off with embalming fluid, put it in a microwave, and leave it in the freezer for exactly 3 months 2 days and 1 hour before I eat there again.
