Good service for having very little employees there. Food was decent sized... but now for the reason for the low ratings. Chicken was over cooked. Sauce, tried multiple sauces and none of them seems to have much flavor in them. To be honest I think I will just go to wingstop they had better and more flavorful wings.

I ordered a #2 wings combo lemon pepper. Some were lemon pepper some were not. Chicken was old not fresh. My side was fries. The fries were fine. I ordered extra sides (4.00) which was okra and (4.00) apple turnover. I also left a 3.00 tip. My bill was 30.00 online. My food was horrible..How do you mess up chicken? Customer service also sucked. The black girl had a bad attitude. ...I will never be back. I don't recommend this place to anyone. I didn't eat my chicken and wasted 30.00 of my money. I wouldn't even give that mess to a homeless person.

Quick, friendly & professional service. Incredibly delicious, fresh, hot food at competitive prices - love the footprint & location of this major asset to our small community. I know there are a LOT of choices in town for wings and even more choices for chicken in general, but this place has a system that works. Consistently. I’m a fan. Highly recommend. Went through a little while ago. I had never had Wing Maxx before, so my expectations weren't very high. Unfortunately the service was outstanding!!!! The young man who took my order was polite and friendly, which is rare around here. The wings and sides I received tasted wonderful. After this experience I have to say Wing Maxx is the superior chicken joint in the area. It will be extremely hard to top this experience the next time I go back to get wings!!

Terrible food, even worse customer service. Had a visit just last week, and made a comment on the facebook page hoping for an easy resolution. Instead, the wife of the owner, Nadine Funston, hops into direct messages and berates the customers. Don’t know how you can run a profitable business if this is standard practice. Will be going to Huey Magoo’s or Southern Roost from now on

The last few times I’ve gone to wingmaxx ive been seriously dissapointed. Today, it took my more than 20 minutes to get my food. I ordered a #3 which was 10 wings plate all flats mild sauce with a sweet tea and banana pudding. I went to the window and paid, 15 minutes later she came back to the window and rang up my food again and asked me for payment again. I informed her I already paid. She applogized and then checked my food in the box and handed it to me. The sweet tea I got was gross. Then I got home and opened my box and this is what I found. 4 flat wings, no sauce on them, and three random chicken strips. Of which I didn’t order nor will eat and even that doesn’t add up to 10. So idk what the heck went on. Frustrating when you pay $17.25 for some chicken wings.

Sat in the drive through for 15 minutes. Store was completely dead. No customers. I had to pull up to the window and ask if they were open. They looked confused and said they were then took my order from the window. Workers do not seem attentive at all and seem to be just riding the clock. This place has gone down hill since it opened. Surprised this place is even open still. Prices are ridiculous on top of that. $10 for 5 small wings and fries with no drink?

Alex took my order. I was impressed with him as he's young but He was extremely friendly, patient, with a great attitude. The food was good and the price wasn't bad. I was given extra sauce like I asked for and plenty of napkins.

I generally go here after my work days on the weekends. My family enjoys it and I'm obsessed with their breaded wings. I can go classic Buffalo wings or any of their other sauces. Fries are always hot! Tenders I had last week were actually...Tender which I thoroughly enjoyed!
