I tried the new cheesesteak sandwich. $9.49 just for the sandwich, and it had maybe half an inch of filling, not as it's advertised. It was good, but I won't buy another.

I used to eat lunch at this store fairly regularly. I stopped eating there after getting an incorrect order , reporting it via the QR code on the receipt with no response. I like many of Arby's sandwiches but as my luck would have it I got the ingredient I don't like the most. I am not a fan of the liquid cheese which reminds me of plastic. I tossed the sandwich in the trash and really don't plan to eat lunch there again. Had I not been on my lunch break and had to get back to work it would not have been as inconvenient. I did not get to eat lunch that day and was really hungry by the end of the day.

Always fresh! Most the time little to no line. People are nice and if you can wait 5 minutes for your food to be cooked, you'll get treated with perfectly hot food.

Service was ok. The food was good. But when asking not to have something the cashier had an attitude and told the person that we didn't want something in out bag that they put in it, was told to deal with it.
