Tried the new steak nuggets in the bowl with Mac and cheese. Burned. Hard. Only tasted of charcoal! Horrible person handed us food. She was working the drive thru and was horribly rude! We wouldn't dare ask them to recook it. 😵💫 Horrible experience that cost us $40!!!! Should have been excellent for that price.😡

I tried the new cheesesteak sandwich. $9.49 just for the sandwich, and it had maybe half an inch of filling, not as it's advertised. It was good, but I won't buy another.

I used to eat lunch at this store fairly regularly. I stopped eating there after getting an incorrect order , reporting it via the QR code on the receipt with no response. I like many of Arby's sandwiches but as my luck would have it I got the ingredient I don't like the most. I am not a fan of the liquid cheese which reminds me of plastic. I tossed the sandwich in the trash and really don't plan to eat lunch there again. Had I not been on my lunch break and had to get back to work it would not have been as inconvenient. I did not get to eat lunch that day and was really hungry by the end of the day.
They always forget to toast sesame seed buns here lately. I go to any other Arby's and things are always toasted
