Ordered a jamocha shake and was super excited to be treating myself. Took one sip of the shake and it tasted like vanilla. Barely tasted a hint of jamocha syrup. Was extremely disappointed. Threw it away. That said, the service was great! The lady in the drive-thru was super sweet. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. Despite the great service, I need great food to return. The lack of syrup tells me that the employees and/or manager aren't paying attention to quality and I have to wonder what else may be neglected. Cleanliness possibly? Hmmmm...

I didn't get my nine peice nugget which is on my receipt and didn't get 6 cheesesticks only four and I got no Mac n cheese bites do not recommend to go here

Big money for bad quality and service. Employees seem like they'd rather be anywhere else. Get pulled up to be brought fries that are cold and stale by an employee with a bad attitude. I get it's "fast food" but DO BETTER.

I usually go to Arby’s for their Roastbeef and potatoes cakes when they were originally on the menu. I miss them so much because they were better than the fries. So now I just order curly fries. Anyway I wanted to try their new Philly steak and it was horrible and I was unable to eat it because of the cheese sauce which made the sandwich disgusting. It is sauce and not cheese. The should have used the cheese sauce they give you on the cheddar roast beef since they already had it. Also they should bring back the potatoes cakes and stop trying something new. I will only order the roast beef and nothing else.

Something always never right or you never get correct order I had to pull up and wait 10 minutes for 3 sandwiches and 2 fries no problem until you only receive 2 of the 3 sandwiches and cold fries ? reason for messed up order is simply because they had 2 back to back order's really just 2? Come on y'all do better! We already don't have many options in Lafayette!

Arby's is actually the absolute best sandwich on the planet, nothing is better than a half pound roast beef with horsey sauce and the famous Arby's curly fries. Use the Arby's sauce on the fries , and be sure to pick up one for a midnight snack. The Rome Georgia location is tied in first place with the Lafayette Georgia one. Keep them coming cause when I can afford another one me and my wife will be there.and if you're feeling bold, ask for a meat mountain! Trust me, you will be amazed.Kid-friendliness: As long as they are not running around, kids are cool. Arby's is always kid friendly.Parking: Just pull in and find a spot and park it buddy.Wheelchair accessibility: Very convenient wheelchair accessible at all locations.
