We sat in the drive thru for well over 30 minutes waiting on chicken sandwiches. We watched three people get their food and leave before us. We went back to the window after the drive thru was completely empty. We backend up to the window and no one has any idea where our food was. We won’t be coming back. This has been awful.

This is my favorite place to go to for breakfast and lunch. I dine-in and I never have any problems. The food's always fresh and tastes great. The staff is always super friendly. Most people go through the drive-thru, so it's a calm environment indoors. However, if you do use the drive-thru, it'll be a pretty similar experience unless it's chaotic in your car.

If you haven't eaten at a Bojangle's.....you should. Visited this location a few years ago on my way back from the same vacation spot and the service is really good. The workers seem to care about doing a good job. Food was great! Biscuits are amazing!

That’s the last time that I darken their door in Lafayette. For four consecutive visits at varying times throughout the day, they didn’t have enough chicken cooked to complete my order. I usually get the three piece wing meal, they didn’t have enough chicken wings cooked to fill a three piece order. Once I understand, twice I see that happening, three times there may be an issue with your predictive food preparation, four times tells me that it would be a great location for a chicken place if they would get rid of the biscuit store. C’mon you have one job and you are failing to execute.

The told us they only had spicy chicken sandwiches. The one we did get was too spicy for me. Disappointed!

My order was wrong earlier today, so I called the store. The manager was very polite and told me to come back so he could fix it himself. When I returned, he not only corrected my order but also added extra food and stayed friendly the whole time. I only wish I had caught his name—he went above and beyond even adding extra food for the hassle/mishap. I will definitely come back to this location.
