Try the Bo bites! (Chicken nuggets) There is a noticeable improvement recently with service and food. The fry oil has finally been changed and the chicken has a neutral or appealing flavor now. Before the flavor was off with a burned taste.

I gavevthem a second chance took over 10 minutes to get my fast food. They gave me the wrong order. Forgot about one lemonade, I had ordered two lemonades. The chicken was overcooked and cold. The only thing with flavor were the green beans. Yes, I recommend the green beans. We have decided not to go back to them in Lafayette .

10 to 15 minute wait in the car, never fails. Expressed preference for dark meat, if possible, but would accept whatever was available & ended up with almost all breasts. Sigh. Can't complain, obvious bonus. Not really what I wanted, but thank you anyway.

Got the worst biscuit ever today. It was practically burnt, hard and oblong shaped. I couldn't even eat all the biscuit. There is too much competition in this town for such crappy food. If jacks is as good as the one in chickamauga you don't have a chance

Ordered an 8 piece taligater and was told 12 minutes on chicken. I said I would wait ... 20 minutes later, I went in to check on my food. It was just coming out of the fryer, overcooked, and not edible. I requested and was denied a refund and told by the manager, Ty, that she was not authorized to do refunds. I told her to call her boss, which she attempted to do 4 times with no answer. I left there after 45 minutes ... no food and no refund. Worst customer service i have ever experienced and o will never do business here again.
