I ordered online and ordered a cheeseburger combo. No ice in my large sprite. Onion rings instead of fries. 2 blizzards. My hamburger I put no ketchup and add mayonnaise. For some reason my burger had ketchup and no mayo. The manager Ali offered for me to drive back to the store. I live 20 minutes away. I said I’ll come back another day so you can make it right. He said I would have to bring the burger back. I asked for the district manager number. He said they’re not one. I asked for the owners name and phone number he said he could not give me anything. I’m bedridden and very rarely get food outside of the home. I definitely would think before you go and spend your hard earned money here. This is very sorry customer service. They just lost me and my family as customers.

I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star. I ordered 3 cones, they were so small! The people were very rude about it when I asked why the cones were so small. 9 dollars for not even a scoop of ice cream on them. No thank you . I’ll take my money else where!
