I get the 4pc tender basket almost every time I come. And it's usually enough to fill me up. However this time, the tenders were extremely small and the onion rings were small as well and dripping with what tasted like old grease. Service was great, even with it being very busy.

I asked the lady to use a coupon she act like she didn't hear me made me pay full price for my meal said sorry can't use your coupon now Ring me up made me pay full price for an expensive meal and then my food was cold wouldn't do anything about it look like she was high as could be and completely rude I really wish they would make this right because people like that are why people do not return to businesses especially when they've been going on and off for a long time

I usually love this restaurant, but in the past I have had a few issues with my order not being correct. Today I went through the drive through and didn’t get food that I payed significantly extra for.
If you can put chili on a hot dog why cant you put it on a burger when a customer asks? Also the drive-thru attendant could be a little more courteous.

Last two times we've ordered Blizzard treats, they were just okay. By the time we drove about 5 minutes home, each treat had to be placed in the freezer to firm up. For the $$, I expect better. Staff is always friendly, so no issues with this aspect.
