Absolutely ridiculous the size of the krystals here. And 46 dollars for 24 krystals that I can literally eat with one bite. I hope they shut down krystals honestly..complete rip off

Rude and disrespectful service. nasty cold hard food.
My fries were dumped upside down in the bag. Went in because I couldn’t find my corn pups because they were buried under napkins and my fries. Lady was rude and snappy because i didn’t realize they were in the bag. Everything was cold and completely nasty. Will not be back because there was no need to be rude over a small mistake and also fresh food should not be ice cold and hard. Also when you order two separate meals expecting them to be in two separate boxes and they put it in one which makes no sense at all.

The Krystal restaurant in Lafayette, GA is by far the best one in the region. The employees are friendly, the service is quick, and the food is hot off the grill. This location, as opposed to others, appears to be clean and what we all grew to love about Krystal's years ago.

We asked for no onions on our sackful, they came out with onions and the staff refused to make them without onions saying “I’m not cleaning the grill just for you, we’re not corporate we’re a franchise” so when do they clean the grill? 🤔

This is the worse Krystal I have ever been to. I know Krystal doesn’t set a high bar but this was horrible. There were several cars in the drive thru and we finally got to the window to get our order. I got mine and then we look over at the door and side walk and all 3 employees were sitting out on the sidewalk smoking. My husband had the truck window down and I told him I would go over and say something and let them know we did not get our complete order. The guy, who I think was the manager, came rushing back in to give us the major portion of our order. I would not recommend this Krystal

So if I go in to a restaurant bypassing the drive through .. DO NOT ignore your dine in customers to take care of your drive thru. Then charge for cheese on sackful and leave it off the entire sack..
